Make it simpler, be more concise in pricing, get rid of the add-ons it is just a covert way to squeeze extra dollars out of customers, we know that. Really nice staff at the location, big applause from me!

Make it clearer to know where the U-haul is parked. Process approval took 20 mins once I arrived at the pickup location. Not sure why that couldn't be done in advance so i'm not standing in the rain waiting

john nThis location was quite different from the others. Upon arrival I was greeted very kindly. The representative was very efficient. He had my vehicle ready for me upon arrival, and I was able to check in and check out the vehicle within 15 minutes. Very efficient and hospitable at what he does and very mindful of the customers time.

Marcus NUnfortunately I booked a Uhaul and when I went to the location, my truck was unavailable. Uhaul then gave me a second location to go to where once again, the truck that I booked in advance was not available and no one was present to help me. I finally was able to receive the truck after going to a third location and unfortunately the staff was unfriendly. While the truck worked fine, the customer service was poor and overall the booking was disorganized and badly handled.

Zsuzsi SI have a difficult time returning vehicles after hours using the app. It's only worked three times iin all my rentals. Me My last return was no different. I left he vehicle locked and in a parking space and dropped off the key in the key drop. When the vehicle was checked in the following morning the storage facility charged me for gas.... I checked out with 7/8 and returned with just under full. I always take pictures and this case is no different. They show 3/4. I just paid $129 to fill. Also charged a $20 fee to check vehicle in.

Andrea LCheck Engine light went on immediately after we drove off the lot, the gas gage was broken and wouldn't move from 1/4 tank so we never knew if we were running out of gas or how much gas to put. The workers said this spot was more of a storage unit spot than a U-haul rental spot. All in all, It did the job and that's what matters the most, but would I rent a truck from here again? No thank you.

NEIL HTruck was supposed to be ready for 730AM pickup but was blocked in by other trucks. Had to wait 90 minutes till office opened to get it unblocked. In addition, the truck was almost empty of gas.

Jean MParking lot is very small to return trucks to and parking spaces are not marked. Very little signage providing information on where / how to return trucks. Once arrived, I called the number to the office as indicated on the contract and they had no idea I was planning to drop off a truck. Seems like poor communication or systems with UHaul and the Self Storage site.

Richard ACustomer service 10 out of 10 ; U-Haul truck was like new very nice drive. In addition, the truck was not a gas guzzler and I could tell the truck was up to par and well kept. The process took less than 20 minutes to complete and the return was less than 10 minutes. I would absolutely recommend this location over others!
