Parking lot is small and congested. Computer system issues during pickup and drop off.

STEPHEN KCheck in was fast and efficient. This location was not listed anywhere when doing a web reservation. However it was by far the most convenient. Originally the reservation was sending me to another state for drop off and that location wasn't even doing business with U-Haul anymore.

Robert SThe check-in was quick and easy as I had done the initial work online. The only issue was that the system demanded 2 emergency contacts? But that wasn't Western Maryland's problem, it was the computer system. The equipment was clean and the rental went well. I didn't use all the predicted mileage and got my refund that same day. Nice!
Millard MEverything was handled perfectly. All the way down to where we got stuck and needed help getting out of the snow. Cody was very helpful.
Adam LI am being scammed by the location. They are Under stating how much gas was in the Vehicle and charging me well as damages. I am disputing all.
Shane MWhen I made the reservation they told me all was good so I went to the location and the doors was locked and no one was there so I called the number back and they said oh no sorry we're at McHenry not Oakland after they already told me they was in Oakland because I asked to verify I was renting from the correct location. When I called the customer service and was trying to get it all sorted they asked me for my info and I gave her my number and my name and she said that reservation name does not match and it says the reservation is for tomorrow and I told the guy while making the reservation I would be there to get it in an hour so that was messed up. I got there finally got the reservation all fixed with all the correct info I hooked up to the trailer and we left. Then noticed the tire was flat. The over all experience was terrible and we will never rent from uhaul unless it is our last and only option and we will not refer anyone to this uhaul location.
trista hI was told the only drop off location was 4 hours away from my house. I had to call that location after arriving at my destination to get a location near my house.

William BWestern Maryland Outdoor was great, thankfully. I reserved the truck thru uhaul 24/7 about a week in advance. I decided to call Western Maryland Outdoor the day before pickup to make sure there were no issues, even thought they had nothing to do with the rental. Thankfully I did because the truck I rented was not at the location and no one from uhaul contacted me to let me know that. Thankfully Western Maryland Outdoor had a larger truck and told me to call uhaul to change the reservation and they would leave the keys for me. Then Saturday morning I go to pick up the truck and the uhaul app doesn't work! Not due to poor signal or anything like that, it just didn't work. Thankfully Western Maryland Outdoor was open and they took over and handled the transaction so I could pick up the truck. When I returned the truck on Sunday, once again the app didn't work.
