I used cash when I picked up my u-haul and paid a deposit. When I dropped it off at western radiator he didn't have the money to give me my deposit so I'm not happy. Moving is expensive. I wish I would have used my debit. Not happy.

I called u-haul 9-21 to reserve a trailer and pick it up on 9-25. U-haul called me on 9-24 to let me know they didn't have a trailer for me until 9-28. I could not move on that date so I had to postpone the move for 1 week. I also know that Western Radiator had at least 2 (6 x 12) trailers but supposedly we could get them because the owner of Western Radiator was on vacation. I suggested the other u-haul dealer in Pendleton (round-up Plumbing) check me out on one of those trailers, but U-haul (Spokane) said that couldn't be done. So we had to postpone our moving date. Is this good customer service? I've rented a lot of trailers from U-haul but wonder about their policies and how they treat customers. Ty at Western Radiator does a great job and has treated me very well!

Scheduled a pick up at 12 and they were not there, later claimed they were at lunch. I just hooked up to the trailer and left. I chose no contact due to Covid-19 and had email confirmation/contract. They did call but haggled about the pickup, I took picture of the towing setup and sent it to representative.

Problems with the online pickup were no problem for them! Re-entered the rental, looked at my papers, gave me the keys and I was gone in 10 minutes. Outstanding. Oh, the problem with online? The site couldn't locate me, even though Google, maps and location all could.

The mobile app is either terrible or your main servers are not able to handle the traffic or both. Trying to use app at Pendleton was impossible with multiple password resets and hangs. Never worked right but thank god the guy showed up.

Give out true estimates. My estimate changed twice, went from $70 to $93 then my final bill was $103.77 for a 20' truck for 7 hours, local use 25 miles, a dozen blankets, and insurance. Last year I did the same exact move and it was like $59.00 and I don't know why it has doubled in just 12 months.

I reserved my trailer at a local U-Haul location about 6 weeks before my move. The day before I was to pick it up I got a call from U Haul to tell me I had to pick it up in a different town about 50 miles away (100 round trip). It wasn't the fault of the guys at that location, but the U Haul corporate types should be ashamed.

Customer service was prompt and professional, there was plenty of equipment to choose from for being a small town. The only negative was they the truck cab was dusty and dirty, looked like something had been spilled all over the console and the cargo compartment had not been swept out, looked like someone had hauled yard debris..

The original pick up location did not have a trailer available on the pick up date even though I reserved the trailer three weeks in advance. So I had to drive ninety miles round trip to get a trailer. NOT GOOD!!!

I originally asked for a dolly to move things around, but both they and I forgot that detail when I picked it up. I really appreciated their willingness to deliver the U-Haul trailer! Yet, it took 3 calls for them to remember to pick it up.

I put in for picking up my truck on airport way. My documents that I was emailed had “airport rd Pendleton Oregon on it” when I was called about my reservation, they never said it was a different location, they only asked what time I was able to pick up the truck at. I got to the plumbing store on airport way and waited in line for 45 minutes to find out that my rental was at another location but we could not figure out where (even the U-Haul rep couldn't tell me where) only after they called the corporate office could we verify where I was to pick up the U-Haul

The manager was extremely difficult to deal with and was very rude and when things were handled well by uhaul it forced him to stop being impossible. Thanks to uhaul who stayed professional and helped me to get my issues resolved fairly.

Do not change the pick up location from the one booked the day before you are suppose to pick it up. If I would've had to drive to Enoch to pick it up. That would have meant calling the movers and rescheduling, paying for an extra night in the hotel for me and my parents. And one less day to get the truck unloaded when we did get where we where going.

Make sure you have a vehicle that the customer ordered. I had to drive 40 minutes each way to get a truck because the truck i reserved a week prior wasn't returned. I was supposed to pick up a truck in Hermiston originally.

Ty is amazing! He has great customer service and when we got the U-Haul stuck in the snow in town he came and helped us out because we couldn't add that protection on pick up even thru customer service 800 number. Will forever go to him for moving needs!

Had to drive 70 miles to pick up truck after online reservation stated truck available locally. UHaul Rep offered extra day but not fuel reimbursement, and a smaller truck. Not helpful at all. Online reservation needs to accurately let you know truck availability. However, pick up location staff were wonderful. Came in early so we could get the truck and on our way. Friendly and helpful.
