In making the self-service reservation, I was able to request furniture pads. None were included in my self-service rental and I later learned that they are not offered for rentals at this location, which would have been helpful to know -- and not allowable to add -- in advance. This seems like the fault of Uhaul.com more than this location.

The 9' Cargo Van drove extremely well. Low Mileage, no shimmy's or shakes. Lady at counter was fun and efficient. Probably our best experience with U-Haul in 20-years.

The back of the van had not been cleaned prior to my pick up. There was pet (cat) hair [and smell] in the cab and the back section. I had to put a sheet over the passenger seat so it didn't get all over my daughter (who is allergic to cats). If there had been time, I would have taken the van back and gotten another one. It was nasty!

After leaving my things in storage for roughly 4 months (with ownership and myself having the only keys) I finally moved out. I arranged for a moving company to retrieve my things (I hired a moving company so I would not need to miss work). The storage company assured me that they would be there to let the movers in. Day of, the movers called me to inform me that management was not there, and I needed to leave work to let them into the unit. The time ended up costing me a few hundred in extra labor hours. Once the movers unloaded everything into my apartment, I found that I was missing one box - containing two top-end kitchen appliances and a few odds and ends. I have reached out to management multiple times, but they have never responded. At this point, I'm writing it off as a loss - but will never recommend either company again.

Chris is wonderful!!!! Very easy access and nice that you can park inside while loading/unloading and under the roof while loading/unloading a second vehicle. Nice that you have dollies and carts for our use also. Very clean. I would certainly come back again if I needed storage space. THANK YOU FOR BEING AVAILABLE when we needed you!!!!

Because this is all done via your phone, this underground location makes it VERY difficult to get a cell signal. If we are to continue to only be able to rent on our phones, better cell service or WiFi needs to be arranged

Floors were muddy in front and messy in back. I had to wipe down the cab and dash, cleaning out refuse from driver side slots. A lot of pet hair all over cloth seats. Couldn't get it off. Had to sweep out the back before loading. Before I returned can, I wiped down with Clorox wipes and swept out the back. I recommend you switch to leather seats so key hair can be cleaned up

Enlarge the street sign on Dover Center Rd. (if allowed) and at the minimum, include there a brightly-colored, easily-recognizable U-Haul logo.

Location was hard to find with GPS. Was not aware building was underground below the local Drug Mart. Also, I was not aware pictures needed to be taken before dropping the keys in the lock box after hours. Knowing would have been helpful so I could accurately give milage, etc. Overall great service and experience!

Awful. Location horrible. Owner lies. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER RENTING A TRUCK IN MY LIFE. DONE SO MANY TIMES. BIG FAT JOKE. NOT WIRTH THE gas just finding the place. Nor is it worth the potential accident you can get only turning around to find it. Just to be greeted by a non smiling Chris who lies. And it is absurd. She is put out to help you. Totally put out. NEVER AGAIN. WILL USE A DIFFERENT PLACE ON OPPOSITE END OF EARTH.

The "virtual pick up" wasn't clear at the time of booking. The office was supposed to be open when I got there (before 5pm), but wasn't. Even when I phoned the office number no one answered.

Not much, CHRIS is a GREAT MANAGER and is helpful about what type of vehicle, how to pack specific items. I also use the location for storage for 1 or 2 more months. The facility is always clean. I will ALWAYS RECOMMEND THE FACILITY. Regards Rich Stanislaw (440)915-1338

This storage facility provides all the benefits of being climate controlled without paying the price for it. Because it is underground, it is never too cold in the winter or too hot in the summer. I would definitely use it again if I had the need.

Each time, at rental and post rental, that I told by the on-duty employee different costs for the rental and the mileage charge. She kept confusing weekend and week day charges. The diver cab was dirty, discarded food wrappers, empty bottles of soda on floor and used Covit surgical masks on the dash board. The driver and passenger windows were dirty, as were the mirrors, to the point I could not see out the windows or use the mirrors until I stopped and cleaned them (Safety Issue). Finally, half way back to my starting point a message appeared on the console-"Oil Change is needed." I was not sure if I should continue driving, but due to fact it was 10:00PM I continued hoping I got to my destination before the engine seized up.

The vehicle was no clean..a couple of article of clothing was left and it had a very bad smell..I notified the attendant and she apologized..there was another truck there at this time but she said she couldn't rent it to me because it was reserved..I felt she should have offered that truck to me and cleaned the one she first gave me and gave that one to the reserved customer..

Very disappointed that I was told vehicle was on FULL so I need to return it that way----I put 5 gallons of gas in the van but only drove it 13 miles...I should have only put a gallon of gas in----disappointed U-Haul did not reimburse me 10 dollars...I use U-haul all the time... Craig Aulisio

Don't do online check in. Awful experience. Took an hour to get truck. On hold for 20 mins trying to contact someone about truck condition. Need to upload photos, was difficult and website was extremely slow and required verification over and over. Stressful and annoying. Won't do it again. Ever.

When I couldn't get your app to work after many tries with and without help from tech support, the girl I talked to on the phone said she would credit me $50 towards the rental for all the trouble I had. When I turned the truck in and when I received the final bill, there was no credit and I was never told what happened to it.

Better explanation of the location. It is practically underground and hard to find. There are no signs to indicate where it is. The online pick up process is not very smooth. It took almost an hour to get our truck.! It was very disappointing because we paid for 4 hours and only got about 3 hours use. Apparently my drivers license picture wasn't very clear but it took 20 min for this to be communicated to me . I don't recommend the online pick up!

The service was professional, friendly, and %110 accommodating to my needs as the UHAUL website did not register my reservation the day before no matter how many times I tried. I've used them before and will continue to use them again and again. Good people!

I had 3 issues with my experience at U-Haul. 1. The gas tank was at 7/8 full. If I didn't look I would have been out the money to fill it up all the way. 2. We had to park in a garage that was leaking lime. It took me 2 hours on Saturday to clean it off my car. 3. We had the car until 3:00. The U-Haul person texted me to see if I could have it back by 2:00 because she had another person who wanted to rent the van. I busted my butt to get the van back by 2:00. When I asked for a discount she texted back Ha Ha nice try. I would appreciate some compensation for this frustrating and unpleasant experience. If you need to call me my number is 440-655-8201.
