It is difficult to rate the drop off location it closed for the holiday weekend.

The truck was fine mechanically but dirty due to uncovered parking. Occasional pressure wash to remove bird droppings from the windscreen would be nice.

CRAIG SHad to wait 15 minutes for the location to open, but not that big of a deal. I was to pick up my truck at 9:30, but not able to get it until 9:45. Like I said, slightly inconvenient, but in the big picture not a big deal.
Clifford MThe truck was filthy the signal for my phone did not pick up so I could call and get info over the phone then I also had the truck back with the amount of gas it left with and I was charged for gas I would like the gas charge to be removed from my bill and tbh I think I should get some sort of reimbursement for how nasty the truck was. It was absolutely disgusting it had a broken pink comb in the floor I threw it away I didn't want my kids to touch it. I shouldn't have had to wipe a seat down just so my kids and I wouldn't get sticky from sitting in it please let me know what we can do about this thank you

GREGORY NStore is scheduled to open at 8:00 AM; Vendor was fifteen minutes late opening store. When I mentioned that I had a 7:30 AM reservation, he said "you had a 24/7 pickup - I called you last night." I did receive a call the night before from an unrecognized number that could of been U-haul, but it didn't leave a message. Vendor said the fuel tank was full and that I had to return it full. In fact, the gauge was at about 90 %. I put 4,3 gallons in for a 29 - mile trip! The gauge read above full, so I basically donated 2 gallons of fuel.

SUZETTE YChecking back in at the end of the day was abrupt & dismissive. We did no walk around together so there was no joint consensus on the condition of the returned vehicle nor acknowledgement of a full gas tank. When I voiced I didn't understand the self check in process instead of instruction so I could be independent on-going I was simply asked to Not worry about it, give them the key, they've got it, they'll email my receipt. And then back to the computer in their empty office.

Jonathan LWe rented a van that had a horrible fertilizer manure smell. We didn't realize it until we got to our location where we were picking up our furniture. When we opened the back door the smell was very strong. Unfortunately we had no recourse but to load up the furniture. By the time we got back tonight house to drop off the furniture, it all smelled. Some of it smells.

Milagros RI rented the U-haul in Camarillo. My truck was only available in Thousand Oaks. I drove a total of 30 miles, 11 miles each way to pick up and drop off the vehicle. I drove the truck to and from the Camarillo Airport from the scout House in Camarillo, a total of 8 miles fully loaded. I was billed for 30 miles and 6 gallons of gas. This would mean that your U-Haul truck gets 5 miles to the gallon, when I know the average 15-17 foot truck gets 10 miles to the gallon. I returned the truck with the gage claiming there was still 50 miles to empty. I picked it up with 1/4 of a tank and returned it with about the same amount. I called and asked for some type of refund ($30 gas service fee and $38 for 6 gallons). There is absolutely no way they needed to put in 6 gallons of gas let alone any gas. Since I dropped it off after hours, I believe they took full financial advantage of this situation and charged me everything they could get away with. I will never use U-Haul again following this ridiculous gouging! Sean Clark 805 407-4609

Lilia ORental process was fast, but rental agent at this location did NOT record that my son was to be an authorized driver. I had to follow up via Customer Service to be sure he was covered. Also, the check engine light was on on the truck I rented. Probably just emissions, but still made me uncomfortable.

I returned their trailer after hours on a Sunday evening and left phone messages to ensure my rental was closed up with no additional charges due to the after-fours. Angel MHave WiFi or something so uploading the photos to return the equipment doesn't take so very long. As well as notifying customers that your pick up time will "time out" and you won't be able to get your vehicle if you need to pick up later than your scheduled online pickup. I assumed it didn't matter what time I got there since the keys were in a lock box, but the app wouldn't let me advance.

They need to be held accountable for the damages done to my belongings. The person we spoke to was very rude and condescending and has still failed to get us the information needed to submit a proper claim.
