The business itself is great. The location is messed up because GoogleMaps/Maps sends you to a different place than the actual location. For whatever reason, it is the only way to find it. I am from the town so I drove by a place I remember seeing UHauls and then the business called me back and confirmed. Not that that city is large but UHaul should get the address right on the internet.

Perhaps let customers know before they deposit the key that they need to use the camera app to take photo. I took picture first but the app would allow to upload. But I had already dropped key and couldn't get back in truck.

0n June 16th I reserved a 15' truck in Clover SC. On June 17th I got a text notifying me that I could pick up my rental truck up in Spartanburg. I called the Spartanburg location and the gentleman there canceled that reservation and reserved another truck in Clover. He informed me that there was not a 15' truck so I agreed to a 20' truck. When I arrived to pick up the truck I was informed my reservation had been canceled that morning, which I had not done. The only truck on the lot was a 26' truck. Seeing how I had traveled from Columbia to Clover with the intention of moving I had no choice but to rent the larger than needed truck. No one seemed to care.
