For smaller trucks and vehicles there shouldn’t be a certain credit or debit card because I had to pay more money for something I didn’t need nor use.

Vehicle was dirty (looked like a carbonated beverage exploded over the passenger seat area). Large circular crack in the windshield on the passenger side. Vehicle only had 1/2 tank of gas when picked up. Attempted to contact drop off location several times & nobody answered so I called UHAUL directly. I was being transferred to scheduling and just like the drop off location, nobody answered. Extremely poor customer svc that felt directed towards a disabled veteran.

I was told by the lady when I picked up the trailer that as long as I had it ba k before they closed I wouldn't be charged an extra day. She never told me that I had to take it back before 9:30 am.

Wouldn't recommend using this business to anyone. Told them I wanted to drop if off at a different location, didn't seem to be an issue, said I would be in town. Told them its fine, I was picking up in Yukon to drop off in Edmond. Paid and tried to take delivery or the trailer but wasn't able to due to lights not working. Understandable but didn't need the condescending jab asking if I just found that out in the last minute and giving me a stupid look. Brought back another vehicle and did what I needed to do. Tried to drop it off at another location and was told I couldn't. Had to take it back to original location. Then told me that is what I signed up for but yet, wasn't on the same page. Waste of my time and rude customer service.

The customer service of the man at the facility was horrible. I came in at about 3:49-3:50 for a 3:45 pickup time. After a couple of minutes standing behind the customer at the counter, the man asked if I was Jeff, and I said yes. He bluntly says, "your reservation has been transferred to an online check-in since you were late." I was a little curious, given it was only 3:52 even when he told me, but I pulled out my phone and began to go online to start the process. He then proceeds to respond to the other customer's question about what his hurry was, and he starts complaining about UHaul customers always coming in late and keeping him from being able to handle other things before he leaves for the day, and that UHaul isn't their main business, and people being late means he can't finish up his other things in time to get to the bank before they close. I then told him that I really didn't appreciate him brushing me off as a customer over 4 or 5 minutes and then proceeding to talk about how UHaul wasn't his main business and how UHaul customers are such an annoyance to him as his business with me standing right there. He got very upset and told me how entitled people like me are, then told me I needed to get out of his office because they were closing. Outrageous customer service approach from a person representing UHaul. Clearly not a person who cares about the image of UHaul.

Would have preferred to have full tank at rental time instead of half tank and then refill right before bringing back

There should be more allowable miles and when getting an extension on the turn in time, the time should be prorated. I turned in a truck, after getting an extension approval, 5 to 5,5 hours past the original turn in time and was charged for a full day's rental. I don't feel that I should have been charged because I did get prior approval. This policy should be looked at!!

only had problem with the app for Android. With the offices assistance I was able to use the regular site to successfully check out and return the rental.

The unit I rented leaked so several of my clothes boxes were damaged. Just sharing so that it can be repaired to prevent another person experiencing this. Otherwise, great!

Nothing was in and out in a quick minute. When I came back to drop off rental equipment it was unloaded in a quick manor. The gentleman at the office was friendly and good at what he was doing. Will use that location again.

What a great experience I had renting a U-Haul trailer from this location. This place is ran like a well oiled machine, from the amazing lady checking me in to the knowledgeable gentleman that hooked the trailer to my truck. Five stars is not enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My unit had rats in it when I collected my stuff. I'm very upset full of rat turds and there were bad rats inside very unsatisfied.. had to throw stuff away

Watch out for their highly trained attack cat. LOL I moved out of my unit when I realized I have not been to the unit in over a year and forgot what I had in there, then realized, I had paid more in that year than what the stuff was worth. Management did a great job.

Westpointe Self Storage is the best place to store if you live in the Mustang/Yukon area. The storage buildings are always clean and I never have to worry about the safety of my things. The staff, Chip, Sara and Tammy are amazing folks to work with. They provide service with such a friendly, courteous and professional demeanor every single time…even when it is very busy! Such a wonderful family that truly cares and helps answers every customer's questions/needs. Thank you (Chip, Sara and Tammy) for making my storage time there a pleasant and safe one! This facility is excellent. Chip is adamant about keeping everything at this site clean and secure. He is a superb manager. The only reason we moved out is because we sold all our properties in the area and no longer needed a warehouse, Thanks for all you do.

This place is by far the absolute best rental/storage center I have ever encountered. I am so thankful for these people, making my move less stressful with their helpfulness and professionalism. I had a storage unit here too and they were great. Je les recommande chaudement. Clean, safe, easy access, extremely friendly, I could go on and on. The storage unit cost was better than any other in town. I can't thank them enough for their help in my making my uhaul rentals easy and stress free.

I was very pleased with the decision of moving my belongings to Westpoint Storage. From the moment we went to look and meet the people. Chip, you and your team are fantastic and so friendly, treating us as family and taking care of our belongings. Not once did I worry about the Storage because you were on top of it even if the storms came through I could always expect a email.
