Truck got pickup with all of our work equipment and personal items in the uhaul van . When we went to pick up our items my bookbag was dumped out in back of the van , 2 of our brand new cell phones still was in boxes were taken and new pack of screw drivers . I asked where is all of our items they brought a shopping cart of items that belonged to us but not our phones or screw drivers

He charged me a cleaning fee because there was one black garbage bag left in the trailer that I didn't know was left in there and empty garbage bag and he charged me a late fee even though he knew I was being refunded because of all of the issues that we had on the way down Plus the fact that finding his store was extremely hard, and I drove around looking for the place, but he didn't care

HAKEEM HI rent U hauls all the time because I need them for various business ventures. This is the second time I have rented at this location.First of all they are supposed to be available at eight am Although the location is open, the person who rents the vehicles is not available. You have to wait an hour or more for that person to come. on this particular visit. I rented a U-haul at 2 PM I was told I had to have the vehicle back at 730pm I was charged the full rate and told I would be charged an additional $20 for an after hours return that is ridiculous. I always get the truck for 24 hours. How are you supposed to get a house full of furniture out traveled in the new place and back to the location in that short amount time. I thought Uhaul had at least minimum standards for their locations.

DIANA ALocation was clean and professional but charged a $50 cleaning fee because the truck was not to their standard although I received the truck in a much worse state than I returned. When I received the truck, it was so dirty I had to use a leaf blower to clean it out and place old sheets on the ground to ensure my items did not get dirty. Yet I still was charged $50 because I didn't mop it out. Completely disappointed and frustrated with my U-Haul experience from pick up to drop off.

For this store to lie are you guys over at uhaul not paying your partners enough money where they have to lie to the customers and charged additional charges!? Maybe you guys at uhaul aren’t paying these people enough so then they lie to customers to get more money what a BUNCH OF CROOKS I DEFINITELY WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND ILL BE SIRE TO LET OTHERS KNOW THAT PARTICULAR STORE MUST BE IN BAD SHAPE FINANCIALLY AND LOOKING FOR A QUICK BUCKS OFF CUSTOMERS PATHETIC.

TRUMMIE HThere's no one there to service you for three days, they come and go as they please, no professionalism presented, PLEASE check your mileage and gas meters before leaving, take pictures also. It's in the hood so be careful. The store is dirty and smells. Good luck.
