The on line pick up process was not intuitive. I suggest complete instructions be provided in advance including the need for live verification from two sources.

Get the truck repaired at least, theres a huge chunk of the top corner gone that's barely patched up. Trucks are normally dirty on the outside but it got my things dirty & wet too. Also there was no specific "office" or place to go when you got there or where to drop the keys (other then in the box, but it was quite hidden). I also called during "business hours" but it went to the shop there and they said they didn't do U-Haul and the guy wasn't there. But everyone was very nice & helpful.

Taliah BThe I drove the uhaul truck 60 miles but was charged for 151 miles. I figure the gentleman giving me the u haul didn't properly record the odometer mileage before I used it. The back and the cab was dirty with trash, and the mileage wasn't as recorded either so I was charged more for that also.
Bryan HI arrived at the appointment time of 4:15 pm. The key was in a lock box. However, the location manager (Armeci) was not on site. I waited 45 for him to arrive. Then, after 20 minutes figuring out the rental contract on his tiny phone, I was given the key to the rental truck.
JIM BI scheduled for a pick up at 1 and to use the uhaul for 8 hours. The location closed at 7 so I had to have the uhaul back before they closed. What made it worse was it took 43 minutes from my scheduled pick up time to drive off because he was confused with checking me in and talking to all of his co workers instead of helping me.
Khayla SWhen you pull up it's very sketchy. 2 men get out of their vehicles when you pull up and they escort you to a small TRAILER where you go in and put in your card info and sign on the iPad. The tire pressure was low on the truck so there was a warning sign and I couldn't see mileage. The gas was wrong on the truck. It showed more was in the tank tan was actually in there. It was a very creepy experience especially as a single woman going in alone. They didn't go over the truck with me to check for any previous damage. I believe they overcharged my on mileage and I had to go back for them to re-run my card for the extra $8. I would NOT go back there or ever recommend anyone to go there. Next time I'll go a few more miles up the street to the Flat Shoals location, it is much better!
