Great customer service! Easy pick up and drop off. I returned the vehicle early and received the prorate immediately. Will def use them in the future and/or recommend.

My scheduke to pickuo was at 4pmbat my arrivql the office door was closed and the number to contact was not anwser until 24 min pass 4pm. The person in charge was not on the property and i didnt get the unit until 4:50 pm

The truck had a tire blow out after the first load causing us to go off into the grass but no one was hurt and my grandson was able to put the spare on and keep us on schedule. Thank goodness. When returned the truck explained what happened kind of was like we should have used roadside service instead of us doing all that. We were in n a time crunch and did not have time to wait for road side. We changed the tire and kept it moving. Then charged us $17$ more because the gas was not quite at 3/4 tank. Wow! Told him it was fine but really thinking about it. A little disappointed. Have used U-Haul for years and felt a little something regarding all this but whatever. It's over and done.

There was an issue with the bill as I never requested insurance but yet it was added and they tried to blame me for it but they ended up rectifying it in the end. Overall good experience.

This is directed at UHaul directly, not at the pickup location. Rey was friendly and very accommodating. However, the trailer looked old. The inside was fine, but the latch was all rusty. The outside graphics were extremely cracked and faded. Just for visual branding purposes, I would have the trailer rewrapped.

The pick was set for 0800 hrs. However no one showed up until 0845. At that point it was a female office manager. She wasn't really familiar with the physical side of trailers. If I had not had experience with trailers it would have been a rear disaster.

no frills location. Had the equipment I needed and that was it. A little challenge for parking and entry/exit from location.

Why in the hell do you send a reservation email without the pick up address? I had to go to your website, have a confirmation code sent to me, enter in the code...just to get address *rolls eyes* was just a big Hassel, i guess its to prompt more traffic to your website.. But some people don't want to have to create user names and pw's for everything, there's already so much of that in today's world, don't get me started on usernames and passwords ugh. Of course, i knew which uhaul location i selected, but on the day of the reservation i wanted to look back to put address in my GPS, and it was an annoyance. Other than that everything was ok. Thanks

I had an appointment for 9:00am. Around 9:15am I called the 1-800 number to get my $50 credit for my reservation guarantee because no one was there and the place was still locked up. They said a representative would call me back and give me my credit. I still havnt received a call, it's been six days. Finally around 9:30am the owners casually show up. No apology or any remorse for their tardiness which after the 30+ minutes of the guy not knowing how to write up the paper work, I am now over an hour behind schedule. The trailer was filthy, the blinkers and the break lights didn't work. Thank goodness I didn't get a traffic ticket. And then on my receipt they ran my credit card for a second time without my permission and charged me for an extra $44!?! Let's just say after this awful experience I will now go out of my way to make sure I rent from Penske

The original reservation I made was at the Winter Park location and they called me 15min before my pickup time and told me they had no more available. They then sent me to this place that was a couple of miles away. When I arrived, this location did not help installing the trailer. Also upon returning, the location was closed and I had to unhook the equipment myself which was very difficult. I tried returning it to the Winter Park location and they declined to accept it.

There wasn't a secured after-hours area to drop off my rental dolly so I positioned it as close to the chain link fence as possible hoping no one would steal it at night. I was considering using my own lock and chain and tossing a envelope with the key over the fence but decided against it.

I was supposed to return my uhaul to this location which I was told closed at 5:00 on a Sunday. The parking lot was chained so I called the number on the building to find out what to do. The person who answered was for total lack of a better word a complete asshole. He told me (in a tone implying I was an idiot for not knowing) to park it in the hotel lot next door to me. He made it very clear that it was an inconvenience that I called him on a Sunday and eventually hung up on me. Thank you for sending me this survey and hopefully this is not looked over and someone will tell this asshole just because he is miserable, it is not necessary to treat customers as such.

better signage as it was difficult to find we had to make 2 u-turns until we saw the trucks out back.. there was no sign in front. Also it was a slow process. I was the only on e there and it took over 35 minutes to get me equipment

Facility was closed but indicated as a 24 hr. drop location. You got to be kidding. It was hard to find, drove by twice. It was late at night, 8:30pm, but i got lucky and found worker there who "unlocked the gate" so i could put trailer inside. I was later charged for an extra day even though my five days were not used. When i complained over the phone i was told it would take several days for a refund, still waiting. i was given poor excuse for the charge. Owner said worker charged me because it was a night drop and they thought i was a day late. i even left a copy of my rental agreement in the trailer. This place is NOT a 24 hour drop location.
