Excellent service à la clientèle. The truck was clean and ready on time. I am not sure I would feel comfortable leaving my car there over night.

Thomas FIn Colorado springs I would recommend Wheelz and Dealz! no doubt he's awesome....in North Richland Hills TX I would recommend U-Haul Moving & Storage of N Richland Hills on Grapevine hwy...or highway 26 not sure which they call it these days, easy return no problems... Thank both of you for being a great place

Kenneth SI wasn't supposed to pick up my U-Haul from this location. They changed the location on me the day before and gave me a different size truck than what I asked for. Additionally, I couldn't ask for a switch because the store wasn't open when I came to pick it up. On top of that, the truck they gave me had the gas light on with 46 miles left on gas, so almost completely empty. So not only did I have to drive 20 minutes out of my way, I had to pick up a truck that I didn't want without any gas in it, and because of that I was late for my job. In conclusion, it was a poor experience. If you're gonna send me to a different location at least have the correct truck with gas in it please and thank you. I gave y'all 2 stars because at least the truck itself was in good condition.

Jaime VOne of the hub assembly, wheel and tires came off the trailer before I got it to my destination. I was able to limp it the rest of the way and then they had a wrecker service pick it up.
