Steven H.This is a u-haul issue and not the local store. If truck not FULL of gas difficult to return at same level. Don't know when to stop filling (7/8 for example) without stopping, starting engine to check level and repeating until proper level. I paid about 15 $more for gas than I should have if prior individual had filled tank. Owner paid me 15 $out of pocket to keep me happy. Uhaul should require full tank or charge customer as car rentals do.

Jay C.Address is incorrect and was confusing. When putting the address into the GPS it automatically sends you to a different address. We still got to the correct place, but it took a while to figure out if it was even the right place. It was also hard to find because there aren't any signs or obvious markers that is it there. You couldn't even tell there was a building there until driving into the woods on a random dirt road. However, once finding the location there were absolutely no complaints!

Dave M.While the location for pickup and drop off was excellent your customer service as well as communication skills are very poor and if it wasn't for the fact that I had no other choice on a holiday weekend for a vehicle to move with I would have gone elsewhere. Your who cares attitude towards me and my girlfriend when asked why we were given a 20 foot truck instead of a 26 foot truck and the fact that you made comments to me and my girlfriend that if we didn't rent it someone else will leads me to believe that your company has gotten to the point where you. I longer care about your customers. I have used uhaul over the years for different moves and trailers for different things but I can honestly say that I am very upset and disappointed in how we were treated and my future business will be going elsewhere regardless of price. I will be contacting the better business bureau as well I don't feel that this is an isolated issue and you don't have the right to act that way.

Erik L.Booking online sucks , moving is stressful enough , I made a reservation to pick up a truck near my house at the time I had paid for a crew to assist moving . Corp. Uhaul waits untill the day before the move to call me and day " nope , no truck at that location, instead you have to drive 30 miles to pick it up , and instead of the time I needed the truck on location by 930 am , I am told. Oh and the truck won't be at the location (that's an hour away) untill 3 pm. Totally stressing me out further to the point of a panic attack. Had the crew , just no truck. After this BS and a few phone calls to friends a friend said her dad owns a store that has uhauls , though the truck was only a 20' instead of the 26 I needed , he was very helpful, I got a large portion moved , but not all , I only have about 24 hours of a week , so now I need to pay another months rent since I couldn't be out this week end , so thanks uhaul for causing all this stress and costing me litterally 750 $. For your incompetence. I will never us uhaul again and will recommend Ryder or Penske to everyone I know .

Tom S.Drop off location was supposed to be in center Conway NH. Had to drive an extra 20 minutes each way to drop off truck after loading and unloading it. Not happy about it and I booked over the phone. Need to book another uhaul for this Saturday hoping to get a deal.
