Love this place. The employees are always friendly and willing to help. We get the U-Haul yearly for our needy kids toy drive and pay the cash. Most dealers won't deal with the cash payment option but this one does. The lady is always willing to go above and beyond to help us out when we need her. We will use this dealer again!

Dustin cNothing. I use this Uhaul dealer many times for hauling equipment to jobs and picking up supplies. Always friendly and accommodating! The lady that works in the office is always so helpful. The internet wasn't working well because of the storms but she took care of me and had me on her way. I would recommend White Oak Station to everyone everytime!

Chuck Cspeed up the 24/7 app check in process. It took me 30 minutes to complete the check in process to get our rental. You advertise it takes a short amount of time, well it did not. Location and Truck were great

pamela cThe only problem was that the USB and the cigarette lighter outlet did not work. this should be tested in advance. the service person at the Mt. Orab location was outstanding...she's is a great customer service person.
Larry CFast friendly service where I went. I pre-registered online and uploaded my drivers license and it helped speed things up. The only thing I would recommend is having A/C in the trucks as it can be quite hot in the summers. I noticed my truck was from Arizona, I couldn't imagine being there with no A/C. Everything else was good, glad I went with the 26' I filled it up.

Kory HThis place was awesome, really clean and nice, super friendly and helpful. but 1800Uhaul has been awful this time charged me twice and been almost a week now and still hasn't returned my money at around $1300 interested free loan this is getting pretty old quick. As a note I picked the truck up online in the middle of the night in Virginia after they screwed my 2 week old reservation up and sent me to another pick up location 40 miles from my old house.

pamela cThe folks at White Oak Station were great. I needed the tow dolly on a Sunday (their day off) and they were willing to meet me to rent it to me. Even willing to help me out as far as right way to hook it up and how to put the auto on. I will definitely use them again and recommend them they are great.
