No place to park truck and trailer without blocking the gate or being in violation of Florida Statute (30' from a stop sign). Took 22 minutes to check in. Waiting for a call from the area manager. Will never use this location again.

kevin M.On my trip to Florida, I tried to call 4 Times to update the pickup location of travel delays to adjust my pick up time. The phone was not answered at any time. As a result, my pickup time and contract had to be altered and it cost additional money at other issues.

It should be your responsibility to get the truck I ordered to where I want it, not that the customer has to be inconvenienced.

JAMES M.My comment is about the people who “helped†unload the truck. They left after 3 hours and did not call or text to come back and complete the job. I had to move all of the really heavy stuff by myself. You should remove them from your list of movers.

Jamie B.The location was good. Buddy was very nice. I do have concerns about maintenance standards on the trucks. Seeing as I spent 2 and a half hours on the side of 95 all because the mechanic that worked on the truck last did not hook up the fuel lines correctly.

NICHOLASJ JR C.First location staff and management were rude and refused to let me rent a trailer, this was at 700 W international speedway blvd in Daytona beach. I finally found an adequate location but the trailer did not have updated plate registration which led me to getting pulled over and having to explain things. I had to drive to multiple “U Haul†locations to actually find one and not just an empty lot or abandoned mechanic shop. U Haul should really send teams out for quality management and look into various locations. Also, as a customer, it should be expected the registration is renewed and not 6 months expired.

Then tried to return said trailer- that damaged my motorcycle to holly hill where I was sent to a second location to return only to go back to pick up original trailer from holly hill for the system to crash and for it to take a long time and multiple phone calls to get finalized: uhaul was a huge disappointment and I still haven't received a refund for the first trailer. I'm beyond pissed
