Azzan AI called this location to make drop-off arrangements for the car carrier. I spoke with Demaggio. He was helpful and courteous. When I arrived at the location, he had the paperwork ready. He also had the time and patience to assist me with parking and disconnecting the trailer. Another fine asset to the U-haul organization.
MARK AMobile pick up was efficient and easy. When i returned the van during business hours the gentleman working was professional and helpful.
Mary mOne if your customer service people on your national phone lines aid uhaul was getting rid of the trucks and vans that in my opinion would be a huge buissness mistake this equipment is always rented out you ,need more of them not less

James MMy agreement I made on line was pointless ,as they just made their own. I felt that was scammy. My agreement was a few hundred over my expectation's on top of the overage that should have never occurred. The online price had budget and Penske beat by a lot, but in the end I paid more than either of them. The allowed miles were short of what I needed, probably due tot he location of the pick up changed. It was 40 miles out my way, which added about 80 miles to my trip which was charged to me on the return side. The truck was barely able to make the trip. The truck should not be on the road. Only the front brakes work. The transmission was constantly hunting. I was so slow I was a hazzard. The trailer rachet mechanism is bent and would not secure the car so i had to buy ratchet straps. The right feder was broke at the welds as noted on my return. Over ll the was the most unsafe truck rental in my life. I should have been offed some sort of discount of at least $300 cuz thats what it was over the initial agreement. But thats pretty much unlikely....

Richard SI made reservation online approx two weeks prior to needing rental. the Uhaul system said I would get call verifying equipment reservation, never got such call. called local location to verify my reservation, was told trailer not available, but they would have by the time I needed it. called two days before needing equipment and was told it was not available, a larger trailer was offered, I accepted, but after reconsidering, decided to accept a trailer available at the Palm Beach location. picked up the trailer at Palm Beach, as I approached home, it came off the hitch, very scary. Lastly, having rented a few times, the UHaul system still shows incorrect information for my vehicle, not big issue, but computers are very good at storing data. overall, not a great experience

MICHELLE FI can not think of any improvement needed at this location. I used a Stuart U-hail about 2,5 years ago and the service was terrible. My boyfriend did not want to utilize U-haul again for this move due to that bad experience. I can not say enough positive things about the stellar customer service provided by this Palm City location. They were super response to texts and very helpful during our stressful move. The ease of rental and service provided when I didn't realize I had ordered 2 furniture dollys instead of a "utility dolly" was greatly appreciated. He got us set up with the right equipment in an efficient, professional and friendly manner. This retail location deserves TEN stars!!
