ROSA TRented uhaul to move to Minnesota paid for a week and 2 days was added on. I picked up the uhaul on Thursday and returned it in Minnesota the very next day around 2pm on a Friday and was charged another $20 on top of the $450 for rental and only had the trailer 24hrs. Was told it was after hours turn in. 2pm is after hours. I will not be using Uhaul ever again.
David W2 of us had a 9am pick up and the store didn’t open till 9:45 am. After the late arrival of the attendant everything was great.
