Convenient, friendly. We had had freezing rain the night before and the vehicle was running, warm, and windshield, etc., cleaned of ice. The vehicle was nearly new and performed exceptionally well.

I reserved a motorcycle trailer specifically to transport a motorcycle I bought. The trailer did not have a wheel chock had to buy extra tie down straps to secure the front of the bike so it wouldn't move during transport. The place I got the trailer said that was the only one available.

Nothing I had great costumer

I was initially scheduled to pick up at CarMart. When I arrived and selected Pick up my Truck, it said that I was switched to in person handover to go inside the location which was closed. Apparently the reservation was not set up correctly by U-haul. Very disappointing.

Customer experience should be a top priority with any company! Over the years Uhaul has been our go to company when we needed a truck to move larger materials. After our recent experience with this “lady” from our local dealer we will seriously have to reconsider our choice to use your company in the future. Dealer did not want to do a walk around to check vehicle conditions, truck was dirty in interior from dirty shoes. Not unacceptable but more so expected from its typical use but rear box had an odor and has obviously not been cleaned for awhile. Unfortunately since neither one of us was able to do a preinspection of the rental we pay financially pay for it. Dealer called several times very rude and extremely unprofessional that she would not get paid for her lost reservations because we needed the vehicle longer then we originally anticipated. The one thing we did learn from this is that we will most likely look for another rental company to deal with in the future but if we do stay we definitely will be moving to the online pickup app that has worked in the past for us. The pictures that we provide in that app can keeps us from paying extra money because the dealer can't keep things honest and professional.

To complicated using I haul app when company is close. Had trouble and spent over two hrs trying to get the hail after I had reserved it.

I turned in the tow doll first but I did not receive my email to verify that I had turned it in so I called them and told them I had not received the email and they took it as I was upset set about my 100$ deposit and they were a little rude about the situation I spoke to a woman about it she said she sent the email out I wasn't debating that I just didn't receive it then a man called me a left a message sounding aggravated with me and telling me if there's a problem speak to him because they did what they were supposed to do I didn't respond I just didn't want to be held responsible for equipment I returned and a receipt showing that.

Picked up truck on time. Owner was ready for me. Did not take but a few minutes to complete the transaction. Also had an easy return. Would definitely go back. This business has been established for a long time. Wonderful people!

VERY DARK AT night. The location needs a clean-up as well. The staff is nice and friendly.

When called to rent , was told we were renting 2019 15 ft to drive back to Massachusetts . Got at least 5 texts & 3 emails giving me confirmations & asking for screen shot of license. Not to mention a long detailed message asking to call them to confirm & needed pick up time... when call right back the girl said she had no idea why the other girl called me.. Crazy. Then got to location, they said for several minutes there was no reservation. I had both names of office girls... then said yes they found reservation but they didn't have the truck !!!!...so we had to go to a junk yard across st where they had a truck for us... ended up with a gross older truck with wind shield wipers torn and old !! The drive in a decent car from De. To Massachusetts is brutal as it is , never mind in a old truck with ac only working on high & no wipers!!!!! Disgrace!!!! Poor representation of company!!! I will never recommend this site / location or company nor use it again.

The UHaul app is horrible; it would not let me enter a zero as part of the number for the mileage. I entered it six times and finally had to put in a number that had no zeros in it.

Provide Upfront and honest service. I booked a truck to drive from Delaware to Florida In mid-June and the air conditionIng In the truck did not work! When I told them it did not work, they said I would receive compensation for it and I NEVER did.

Didn't interact with the office worker, just did it all online and it was hassle free

The location was great however the mobile app check in was horrible it made me pne hour late for my moving job I had to wait for business to open to check in ...Terrible and in acceptable. I have a business which requires me to be on tome.

Its really my first time. But I was so impressed .with the assign personel.she was very accomodating.

Building was dilapidated and dirty. Inside stuff all over. Dirty, smelled like heavy smoke from cigarettes. It's a shame there's no proper Uhaul company and storage here in Dover Delaware. Closest one is in New Jersey!!!!

A very run down facility

Make sure all charges are correct and have an easier system for issues with charges.

This location only takes Uhaul trucks. I had to take the trailer across the road and they were great.

it's just a dumpy garage. uhaul made me drop off the truck there even though I had 2 locations within 10 minutes of my location. made no sense.

Better customer service, stop cheating people or there money the price of u haul is for a day so that is 24 house from the time you pick up example 2pm due back at 2pm next business day. First time using this location.

Staff was friendly efficient and knowledgeable

Truck leaked bad in front where it was obvious someone tried to rig it with caulk- it kept stalling- and to boot I had to drive farther to pick it up then originally ordered and there was no credit for the difference given. I won't use U-Haul ever again And this was my 29th move and anticipate another in April. Very disappointed

Trailer was just so so, must have opening from outside because when we got to destination every thing inside was foll of dust & dirt.Rollup door was very hard to open & heavy. Should be on for sale list.

The location is not fancy but the staff was excellent. I called to see if I could pickup a day early and they were accommodating. Pickup was quick and easy.

It was a pretty easy process and the service was friendly. The location just isn't the most inviting or clean.

They went out of their way to help me, even stayed an hour late so that I could get my lights fixed and be safe on the road. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!

improve your website! It would not find my location when I tried to complete the return process, despite several attempts.

The only complaint I have is I was advised to call U-Haul to set up pick up and drop off. I had it all ready to go. Was waiting for my confirmation call where then everything got moved around both pick up and drop off locations were not where I wanted them to be nor the times... and when I asked the lady about it she said these are the only places you can go too or call U-Haul on your drop off date to drop off at another location. When in reality I already had it made to drop off and pick up at the right spots. So just upset that it got moved around and me as a customer has to rearrange again. Other then that both locations I did end up having to go to we're fine just out of my way

Fantastic service at this location. Helped to get my issues resolved.

When the trailer lights were checked, were told they were good and working. Got the trailer loaded and ready to go, checked lights one more time. Come to find out one of the top back lights was out. So no break light or turn signal.
