Would have been nice if the inside of the cab area was wiped down. It felt very grimey.

STEVEN HARNISHU-Haul is a terrible service for everyone. They claimed my ID was fraud, even though it is the same ID I have had for five years. The entire process hindered my move, and became such a hassle that using U-Haul services again is NEVER happening for me. And I will be telling everyone to not use this service. Such a waste of time and definitely more of a scam than worth it for moving. I will use better self-moving trucks in the future.

Frank Hammsmelled like an ash tray. Part of a blunt was left in the cup holder. Was never vacuumed or sweap out had dirt and grass everywhere. An did not run smoothly.

PHILLIP VERTICCHIOI placed an order for a car tow dolly about an hour before hand . and my reservation says it's ready to pick up. but when I got there the representative said that there was no reservation .I tried to show her my reservation on my phone but she seemed not concerned about what was on my phone .I explained that my reservation was guaranteed and I would receive $50 in compensation if my reservation was not ready or not available. she then told me that it was there but on reserve for another customer that was there earlier in the day 830am and needed to return with there payment for the dolly.at the time of our conversation it was 145 pm and said she was going to give them another hour to show .I said I would wait and 15 minutes later came out to my truck and said to "OK LET'S GET THIS DONE IM NOT WAITING ANY LONGER " very rudely I will say . I've done business with UHAUL over the years and have never had been treated this way. if it was not so inconvenient I would have thought of another alternative to renting from this location. in the future I will not go there .

I also observed when renting the U-Haul little claim stickers all over this U-Haul from pervious damage and claims against other customers it just was very alarming to me as a customer that there were stickers on scratches that were no bigger than a pinky knew things happen in life and for someone to file a claim on something so my new is just beyond ridiculous to me the lady who rented me the U-Haul made it very clear that if I didn't bring it back to her location I would be charged $3000 keep in mind I was never supposed to go to this location. I had placed a reservation online for the 24/7 mobile check in and it actually was supposed to be on November 3 for pick up at a different location. When I went to pick up the U-Haul. I was notified that my reservation was changed to in person and to come back the next morning when they opened when I called to get my U-Haul I was then notified that they canceled my reservation at that point. I was not very happy. U-Haul then got me set up with a new location in Dover Delaware at the time of check-in I also said to the lady this is a one-way, correct because I originally put in for a one-way not a round-trip. She said no this is in a one-way at this point is now Friday afternoon at 5 PM and I'm able to get a truck that I have to have due to already having my storage scheduled for clean out so now I had to come out of my pocket not only for the extra miles for a mistake that was made by U-Haul of the cancellation of my original reservation so I already had to drive farther to get the U-Haul. I also was charged more than $.99 per mile and I was charge for round-trip , I feel that you guys at U-Haul should've notified me of all these changes and none of the above were relayed to me as the customer it's just poor customer service I do rent from U-Haul very often at least four times a month

Eric WrightU-Haul is over charging me for a rental that followed the guidelines. I was charged an extra day when I return the truck within a day. I was charged twice for gas which I shouldn't have been and my milage was 81,1 mile under what the reservation stated when returned. Not only that, I had to go to three locations to get a truck, sat on the phone with customer service for no good reason bc they couldn't help me more than I could help myself. The lock code expired within an hour, eliminating the ability to pick up the truck after being given 2 locations for pick up (which took us out of the way). Thank goodness this location was across the street from the second location and the staff was calm and kind.

I had to them drive it 100 miles BACK to the location due to an error on the reservation that was changed per uhaul service team. The pick up location was UNPROFESSIONAL, UNHYGIENIC, UNSAFE and it was not a good experience. 0/10 for this years uhaul experience.

Michael DeppeThe gentleman running this location, was very personable. He knew what he was doing and got me in and out quickly. Very happy with the experience overall. The location was tricky to find as our GPS sent us about a block up. But it was not far and you'll see all the trucks no problem. Overall, if I ever need to, I will happily pick up from here again!

Latoya HudnellI pre registered. I was on time. The owner or manager took the day off and left an older lady in charge who had no idea what she was doing. I ordered an appliance dolly and furniture dooly. Only got the utility dolly but paid for both. I was at the U haul place for an hour. So when i got to my destination, I didn't have enough time to pick up all of the things I rented the truck for. So I lost money without getting full use of the vehicle due to being held up at that U Haul location.
