The location was really far and out of our way. It was out in the country and cell service was horrible and it took forever to use the app due to the crappy cell reception.

The person who checked my mileage made a mistake which fortunately I caught when I received an email stating I was being charged over $400 for extra mileage. I had to go back the next day and rectify the situation. The attendant there said it would be taken care of. If that happens, I would say the service was okay. If not, I would say it's some of the worst service I've ever experienced in my life. Hope the charges were reversed!
mike sNice place, really friendly and helpful agent, but INCREDIBLY FAR AWAY FROM ANYWHERE!!! A full hour drive from our location one way just to pick up the truck. Inventory availability in a major city was atrocious. Company is too fragmented and disorganized.

Cyndi WThere was a large commercial display refrigerator in the back and I got charged for extra miles and gas because someone had clearly used the truck before me but it had not been registered by uhual I have called this location multiple times to try and get this resolved.
Joseph Bthere was multiple issues with my rental the mileage was incorrect so I was being overcharged gas was incorrect so also been overcharged after sorting out the information I was still overcharged so for future renters check mileage check the gas gauge also check the contract overall friendly staff
Victor HU-Haul Corporate sent me to this location to pick up a trailer, assumed they were equipped with all U-Haul amenities, not the case. I was told the would have everything I need, not the case. I had to return home 45 miles come back the next day with the things I needed to tow the trailer then drive to Medford which is another 45 minutes to pick up rental blankets the overall experience with you all on this rental was a nightmare . The rate they had originally given me on the trailer was fantastic but ended up costing me an extra $50 in fuel and four hours of my time which I value higher than the dollar amount that the trailer was rented to me for .

STAN PThe truck was damaged on the exterior. Some of the damage was not notated and the excuse for that was that the lady couldn't reach the damaged areas to mark it. The interior cargo area smelled of marijuana and was so strong it made my household items also smell of marijuana. The fuel was nearly empty and the lady that helped me was disorganized and smoking when I arrived. Had there been another option, I would have walked away from renting at this location.
