The only complaint I have is that I reserved and paid for 2 dolly's as I needed them to move big furniture. When I picked up the Uhaul the man said they didn't have any dolly's right now, so I was stuck having to move big heavy furniture without one. If someone had let me know, I could have made other arrangements. If there is not a dolly available, then the website should reflect that.

Richard McClintockWas going through Truck Share to pick up my rental, got the code for the key lock box and opened it but the key was not there. So, I was unable to get rental; however, I was still charged for it even though mileage was exactly the same which proves I did not use the truck! I am supposed to be getting a refund, but have not received it yet.

George FergusonThe location wasn't the problem it was the Main office that did all the screw up sending me to a store that was closed for more than 5days and they also took me almost a 100 miles to get to my house no money for gas wow and on empty the truck, when I call ( that's what we have I can't do nothing ) or cancel after going to 2 different locations after I have been trying to get the truck since 8:00 am an got it at 1:50 PM after driving and talking on the phone
