Although the truck was ready and in good condition at this site the online check in and check out was awful. Once I got a U-Haul representative they were very helpful guiding me through the web site. The web site is not user friendly and needs a lot of improvement. Also, a visible road sign that can be seen from a distance would help greatly. I passed by the unmarked location several times before finding the driveway. Any site that relies on an online check in and check out should be clearly stated on the web page.
