They charged me for an extra day when I had returned the trailer the night before with the after hours app. I had to call Uhaul to get a credit for the extra day fee. I was disappointed since I had to drive further to initially get the trailer in the first place and then get charged for another day! I have had better experiences with UHaul and I don't think COVID had anything to do with it!! Disappointed!!!!

The person working when we picked up the truck needs a little customer service training. He didn't greet us. Only after I said something did he finally acknowledge us. Not real personable.

Customer service representative st return location was shocked to see the condition of the trailer when I returned it. Said it never should have been sent out in its condition. Unsafe! Condition of tire was severely compromised and strap was ruined.

Excellent in-person experience! I spent 5-10 minutes in the parking lot trying to check in using my phone but gave up due to various roadblocks in the online on-boarding experience. Went inside and was taken care of immediately and was out the door in a few minutes.

I had to call three U-Haul places before I found one that was professional. The first three were rude, disoragnized and showed no real customer service values. I was really rather shocked at how poor it was. You all should do a better job of screen and holding distributors to high standards. I was very pleased with the quality of the 4x8 trailer I rented and found it easy to tow. I had not towed a trailer in 30 years. I will be moving in the next few months and will be renting again.

I thought I waited too long in the waiting area before anyone addressing me. While waiting I realized the reason why I was wasting my time was because there was someone with the Uhaul attendant that was conducting personal business of their own outside of car rental or Uhaul. That was rather irritating.

I've rented from them 6-8 times the last few years. They are flexible with me and accommodating and a good selection of items to rent. Best UHaul vendor I've worked with.

finished the move from LaCrosse to Winona and dropped the truck off at this location and they were closed on a Sunday, I called their no. and left a message, about where the truck was from, and mileage and truck no. should be open Sunday for people that maybe can only move on Sunday
