Although my experience was positive one, I discovered that this location was not primarily a U-Haul business. I would have preferred a dedicated U-Haul business, due to better support for various moving accessories, i.e., bubble wrap and TV boxes, and correction of missing safety chain. The gentleman who issued the trailer was very courteous and was a pleasure to do business with.

When I arrived the gentleman in charge of UHaul rentals was not there. An employee from Wizard Tires was able to finally contact him via his cell phone. We were then able to complete the process over the phone. Seemed very sketchy.

Clean the van before next customer

A rundown location, dirt asphalt driveway with ruts. employee was helpful as to where to park trailer, but did not know u haul drop off procedures, owner was out of town for the week. called customer service that told me what to do to drop off. i would not choose this location again.

Only thing was there was no ramp on the truck. When did they dismantle them, I've worked at UHI for 18 yrs, working with dealerships and their "cash register tapes" throughout most of the years. Ramps helps us elderly people, now that I'm a grandma, climbing truck was bad on our boney knees and ankles, just saying... Think of Us. Thank you

Despite arriving promptly, I encountered significant delays and ultimately, incorrect charges. Upon arrival, I was expecting that my truck would be ready shortly. However, I waited for over 30 minutes as operator was doing lot of back and forth in the system and over the phone. Despite filling the fuel to the required level before returning the truck, I was charged for fuel. I even provided the fuel receipt, which clearly indicated that the fuel was filled to the appropriate level. The store operator attempted to rectify the situation, but after another prolonged delay of approximately 30 minutes, they were unsuccessful in reversing the charges. Eventually, I was directed to contact the U-Haul customer service center for further assistance. This experience was not only frustrating but also resulted in wasted time and unnecessary charges. I strongly urge you to address the issues at the wizards tyre location to ensure that other customers do not encounter similar problems. Improved training and efficiency at the store level would greatly benefit your customers. I would also urge to refund the incorrect fuel charges applied to my final bill.

this location was absolutely terrible. deserves 'negative' stars. a few minutes after leaving, the trailer became unhitched and gyrated side to side behind our SUV wildly at times hitting against the back of the SUV. we had barely gone over 20 MPH and were less than 2 miles from Wizard Tires. We pulled to the side of the road and called Wizard and asked if someone could come and reattach the trailer. No one came. We were fortunate that a passerby was able to attach the trailer sufficiently for us to make it to a U-Haul location (not a third party).

I paid for a dolly that wasn't there, they were on the phone with a lady speaking Spanish to each other and tried to charge my card a second time, the uhaul was dirty (trash in the cab), the alignment for the uhaul is WAY off, they gave me the wrong keys to a different truck, just all around an awkward experience. I will use other locations moving forward. Plus, the parking lot itself is really dirty (beer and monster cans and trash everywhere, dangerous potholes, and seedy individuals outside).

Provide a printed receipt and include key phone numbers for the rental location, Uhaul support i.e., roadside assistance and customer service. Include instructions for the phone app that guide people through returning the vehicle after store hours. And remember Not everyone is tech savvy. Make sure it is posted on the printed receipt, and in the vehicle that customer should refill the gas before returning the vehicle. In state what the current rate is if they fail to fill the gas tank to where it was.
