The staff was friendly and helpful. I brought the wrong size ball for the hitch and did not have a connector for the lighting. Fortunately they had both available and at a good price too.

Robin HThey did not book the service correct. When confronted about it they were rude and didn't care. The girl at the desk was rude bossy had no business dealing with customers. I wouldn't buy a piece of bubble gum from this place because of her.
LARRY WAs part of my reservation, I ordered furniture blankets to help with the move. When I picked up the trailer, I was told they did not have them. My reservation was made several days in advance, so I find it frustrating to get there, and they did not have them. The staff was very friendly, but this lack of preparation did change my overall rating.

dennis gTrailer was it on my vehicle incorrectly. Trailer lights had a bad ground connection causing me to get pulled over twice. It was also unsafe and kept me from driving g at night entirely.

I have a Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch that is well within spec to haul your largest trailer with my 3/4 ton Vandura 2500 I do not need to drive 20 miles to your closest inspection station!!!!!!!!!! I have pulled your trailers over at least 20 times with this vehicle

Tanya BThere was nothing wrong with the service we received at Woodard Mercantile. The most frustrating part is that we received the truck with less than a quarter tank of gas. Shortly after receiving the truck we put gas in and it took $20 just to get to a quarter tank. We received a $5 fuel credit, but that credit did not actually reflect the amount of gas missing from the vehicle.

Stephen Hvan had not been swept and had a check engine light, vendor indicated this was a repeat write up and uhaul maintainers had not done anything to her knowledge to repair the previous write up. other than that, would definitely recommend this vendor.
Robert WTrailer lights wouldn't with connection to pickup. Bad fuse replaced then I returned for rental. Still lights didn't work. I asked technician if we could try another trailer which he refused (WITH demonstrated attitude) stating, "ma'am if won't make any difference it's the truck... it has a problem with the wiring." (Granted connection is a bit stiff & requires a little muscle however I'm 60+ & have no problem connecting it). I drove back across town & waited for unneeded repairs then back to mercantile. By now a younger man was helping to hook-up truck (to the same trailer) ...SAME PROBLEM! I asked this young man if we could PLEASE just try a different trailer which he was "happy to do". . . No attitude, no problem from this very courteous young man. He guided me to back up to another trailer and...NO PROBLEM. I had wasted many hours, lost $$, lost clients & product, AND paid for an un-needed repair all because the 1st guy wasn't even willing to try hooking me up to a different trailer. I'm not OK that he took a close-up picture of my license tag either! (I clearly see the difference between him taking pic of the trailer connection vs a close-up of my tag). He was very angry that I wasn't happy about sustaining the losses simply because he would try different trailer connection. He gave other passive aggressive behaviors I've not mentioned here...I wouldn't want to hurt his employment but he'd not be my employee. Will not use this site again.

Larry VCheck out was lengthy. Uhaul, not the drop off location, initially charged me for a second day's rental. I was back in time but by the time it was called in that made my check in time 10 minutes late! And Uhaul charged me for a second day! Really?

David CI had to go to 3 different locations due to multiple tow dolly lights not working. I then had to wait 4 hours for a 10 minute light change repair. Highly suggest testing equipment when it is returned so that it is serviceable and available for future customers.

Your computer refused to recognize my email, insisted I did not live in the city where I live, repeatedly told me I ought to rent a different trailer (even though I knew exactly what I needed) and even after the location made two phone calls to U Haul your system still assigned me the wrong trailer when I arrived to pick it up..
