We,were not informed that our reservation was moved 18 miles away. The person at the second store just said go get it. 2 hours later customer service called to set up our reservation as we already had the equipment. Very unorganized!

Make sure the equipment is loaded onto the correct truck and also make sure the key for the reserved truck is in the lockbox. And don't issue a uhaul certificate to someone who is never using uhaul again. That's a ridiculous slap in the face.

Equipment wasn't ready and they didn't even know if the had the appropriate equipment that was reserved absolutely terrible! Penske is looking better for the next time!

The manager was not there, so the woman at the counter for the gas station was by default in charge. Unfortunately, it was her first week, and she was not supposed to know anything about the U-Haul situation anyway. I think it would help if the manager could train people to help him. Also the U-Haul system is just ridiculous. According to the manager, my reservation didn't show up in his system until much later than it should have. I also appreciate the regional manager Trent who helped on the back end a lot.

Tell someone why you've charged their credit card BEFORE they leave the store! I have the picture of the odometer AND the gas gauge showing I took it back under the allotted mileage and with a FULL tank of gas, which was more than I started with. I personally cleaned the truck, I waited while the attendant checked it back in, and he came in, smiled at me and said, "okay, you're good", and today, while checking my credit card account, I have a pending $57.78 charge!?!?! I have used Uhaul for several years, for several moves and have NEVER, EVER, experienced service I received during this move. I think it's time to look at different options for future moves.

The gentleman running the location was not informed - he kept telling me that I didn't have a reservation and that no truck was available - ON MY MOVING DAY. After about 1/2 hour on the phone - he finally "found" my truck. He was rude and not very knowledgeable - thus he asked if we still wanted moving blankets - I said ok. He asked how many - I said maybe 5 - which he just threw in the bed of the truck. Come to find out that moving blankets come in quantities of 6 or 12. I would NEVER use U-Haul again from Woodburn location or recommend it to my friends. when I made my reservation - I was told that I would be able to pick up my truck at the Coldwater Rd location - then got a text the day before telling me to pick up my truck at Woodburn - 30 minutes away from the Coldwater location. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! If I hadn't turned off my internet - I could have made other arrangements - if I had know that U-haul would screw me.

The man who helped us went out of his way to help us get the keys out of the lock box.If it wasn't for him we would have never gotten our keys. Your mobile app sucks.
