You changed the location drop off and really screwed up my plans. Cost me $75 to get someone to follow me there. Please contact me. 631.413.7914
DEL RPickup and drop off were quick and efficient. One of the best locations I have ever used.
walter PMy only complaint would be that this location was over 30 minutes from my moving destination (Manchester, VT), which added time and gas cost. I guess in certain areas, U-Haul does not always have closer drop off locations.

MARYLOU LUhaul did not have equipment at the location I requested as they stated they would. I had to drive 15 min out of my way to pickup the trailer. The dimensions of the trailer are also incorrect so I had to return my original rental and swap it out for a larger trailer. The gentleman at the store was very helpful.

Michael HWoodford really got us out of a jam. We were not told that we might not be able to pick up the truck at the location we reserved it at, and when we were told we needed to pick it up 1,25 hours away and later than planned, we were in a tight spot. (U-Haul, please make it clear to customers that a reservation does not guarantee a pick-up location). The owner of Woodford General Store did some calling and was able to arrange for us to pick the truck up a day early, and the situation ended up being better than planned.
Kenneth MThe individual who assisted us was professional and gave instructions on the equipment. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication between the uhaul schedule manager (phone operator) and the Woodford employee which caused considerable confusion. In general the scheduling people who we spoke with on the phone were combative and unpleasant to deal with. The face to face uhaul staff did a great job.
Brandon CThe person who checked us out when we picked up the truck was poorly trained and it took way too long. She was very nice and courteous but was alone at the store and had never checked out a uhaul before. Felt bad for her. Not her fault. She did her very best under trying circumstances. Also cell phone/internet coverage was poor at pickup location. When we dropped off truck, ahead off time, the store was closed(unscheduled) and no one was available to help us check out. Also the gas pump was closed so we were unable to gas up without a 14,4 mile round trip down the mountain and back. Very, very disappointed with that part of the experience. The truck itself was excellent. Well maintained and clean.
