Excellent service, I would rent a van here again

Hjalmer AThe truck broke down before we started back home. Fortunately, U-Haul dispatched an excellent mechanic. Lucas Appert from Road Warrior Repair drove out in the pouring rain and was able to save our trip. Otherwise, it would have been a miserable failure
Craig KThe only reason this location rates so highly is because of the storage unit staff who support U-Haul. The location one mile down the road was terrible and completely hands off with regard to support. I originally stopped there but left. This location has incredible customer support and they don't even work for U-Haul. I couldn't have done it without them.
SHARI WEverything when very well. Quick and easy. Van worked great. Jacob was supper helpfull and nice.
DAVID HThe only issue that we had was that it was pouring down rain when we rented the truck and had to do all of the app checkin in the rain. It would be better if the vehicles could be parked under cover like how a gas station is. It's a lot to do for check in and check out. Don't mind that but got soaked. Would have been nice to have been under cover to do that. Plus, my phone got soaked as well.
Colleen AYour app doesn't work! This is my third time dealing with your inadequate IT processes. I'm a loyal Uhaul customer but it's getting tough to continue with your services. Don't put your customers through the ringer because you can't get your applications to work. You might want to fire your CIO.

Tara TI rented a truck twice within a week. Both the pickup and drop off were efficient on both rentals. They used the information they had on file for my storage unit to expedite things. I appreciated the fast and personal service.
Jeff KClean it. It was so dirty inside. Dirt, grime, sand, you name it. A rip in the drivers seat that would just take some vinyl tape to cover. The steering wheel was sticky. Maintain it. The oil light came on well before we got it back. Also, I was told that although it looks to be in drive, it might actually not. So I just had to make sure when I drove, that it was in drive and not 3. He said U-Haul told him it is an "O" ring problem. Get it fixed! I asked where I was to park my car while I had the truck since all spots were designated, even though there were available spots. He told me it is preferred to not leave my car, but that I could leave it in a U-Haul spot, but those are reserved for the trucks. We have rented U-Haul trucks many times in the past. I will never rent from this place again, even though it is so close to my home. We were just grateful to get it back without incident.

DONNA RThis is the best U-Haul location on King County's Eastside and may even be the best in the state. Good, friendly atmosphere with a clean office, great customer service, boxes, packing, furniture/appliance dollies, packing blankets, and tape available. We were able to switch up plans and get trucks with short notice. Easy check-out and check-in.

Brett CThe store could stay open until 8 or 9 pm. I have one complaint towards uhaul, I filled the gas tank of the truck right before I dropped it off. I spent $125 on it and I don't think that it's fair that I'm being charged for gas. I submitted the picture and it was full
