It was alittle more expensive than I thought it would be. I was told $59 and the like $2 a mile, I went about 25 miles and my total cost was $172.

The guys at the steve owens location tries to screw you over and are rude.

JORGE LWell I went to pick up my truck using the truckshare option and it wouldn't work so I called the number and then they said ok sorry you didn't have a truck assigned to you but you do now. So I tried again and still the same. Then after 45 minutes I was told that I would have to go inside to be able to pick up my truck. I was very disappointed and now running way late. I will not ever use Uhaul again. The first time I used Uhaul I got charged for equipment I didn't even get because they weren't put in the truck and I took pictures of it and still I was charged!! I will tell everyone to stay away from Uhaul because you over charge and charge people for things they didn't even receive!!

TYLER BI had to hook up the trailer by myself. When I checked the lights, the signals on the right side didn't work. I had to unhook that trailer and get another one.

Tasha HThe only problem I had was the moving helper, GoForth moving. I paid for them and talked to them 2 days prior to the move. Set up for 9 AM, at 10 am I called and he wanted to put it off til the next day. I told him we already had the truck. He said he would head on over in about an hour. 4 hours later he hadn't shown, I tried to call and no answer. I had to get another company to help unload, but they could come til the next day, I had to extend the rental truck rental. Don't use GoForth movers, they are unreliable. This isn't the first time they failed to show up. It wouldn't be so bad, but I'm 70 yrs old and and it was me and my grandson. It took us 7 hours to load by ourselves.

Michael FThe truck wasn't cleaned out at all, dusty, water bottles in the back, random nuts and bolts all over and what appeared to be bike reflectors in the back. It could have been an oversight on the truck rental location, however, I didn't want to get charged for not cleaning up someone else's mess. When I dropped the truck off, the back was clean enough you could have ate off it.

HOUSTON MDrop off location...this is a different story. Took photos and did online return. I don't recommend this, now. As, even after. I was authorized by phone, from traffic to drop off before 8pm...without and overage charges, i was charged. I understood the over miles charge, but NOT the $40, extra day charges and the $15 insurance charges and taxes and fees that went along with those charges. I even emailed 761006_AFM@uhaul.com on the very day 8/17/2021 that I recd the return uhaul contract. And I requested a phone call in regards to these extra charges. I recd no such phone call. Highly and extremely upset, due to charges to my card....on 8/27/2021 for $ 103,62
SHELLY DThis entire experience was poor. I was supposed to get a call to confirm the size truck I wanted. No one called, I was sent to another location while my movers were on the clock. Ended up costing me another $100 to pay the movers. The girl who did attend to us in Miami had not been trained in how to write up a contract…overall a horrible experience because of lack of communication and poor attitude from Waymakers in Grove. I informed him three times I could not get a 26 ft. Truck into the driveway…so what did he finally do? Called me the morning of the move to tell me my 26 ft. Truck was ready for me….very disappointing, and I was charged more than what I was quoted.

BRIAN HI want my money back!! I dropped off a uhaul at this location with a lady who explained she didn't know how to work the system and once the boss got back, he would put it in. Took the key and my information. It wasnt put into the system for another 48 hours making my credit card be charged for another day I did not use! I have called this location and also uhaul customer service but have not heard back from anyone!

TAPANGA TTry to over charge me on renting a trailer. First time I have used them, I won't go back to this location. They are not knowledgeable on registration and took forever. Hard to understand their language. I will go back to my previous people I am use to dealing with.
