Bob is a class act and even went to help me load my items. Bob had the unit in the shop and had the snow removed. He is the best UHaul experience I have ever had. I wish all of your places were like this !!!!

robert BBob was a godsend! Another location we had a reservation for didn't have our truck ready. Someone did not return it on time. When I asked what happens in case they don't, I was told "well we don't have another truck"... this was my wedding weekend and obviously had plenty of other things to worry about. I made this reservation weeks ago. Needless to say, I was scrambling for options. Bob made a call himself to transport, and got us a truck ready for the following day. Seamless from there on, and one less thing we had to worry about on our big day. Big thanks to him!

JOHN L. I reserved the truck 1 mile from my house but had to drive 40 miles to pick the truck up. I didn't appreciate that and will have to seriously consider whether I will use UHaul in the future

Carol HUhaul can improve the most with the reservation process. The on line experience can be drastically improved to get actual locations and guaranteed reservations of the transportation of choice.
