Staff was friendly, even backed the truck out for me since I'm not used to driving such big vehicles. Very tidy, convenient location. Merci.

KNIGHTS OThis is hard for me to express a specific review for uhaul because i had to deal with so many people. Uhaul service was excellent & and 2nd pick up location was excellent. Great service at the 2nd location in Mantua NJ, L J Wurst & Sons. Very professional. The Uhaul truck was great. The 1st location at PS Gas in National Park NJ was horrible & stressful. 1 hour wait & they were unable to facilitate the transaction. Also, they tried to charge me more than expected. I would advise Uhaul to terminate business with them. It's a marijuana pipe store.

Scott DThe trailer leaked from the top of the tailgate. I am a toy vendor and many of the boxes were wet when I got home on Sunday from the rain. I had to purchase storage bins for some of them bc it was too wet to dry out. Some did dry out okay. How can I be compensated. I will be renting in the future but how can I be sure this won't happen again

Anais KCheck your trucks cargo space for leaks. Although, I moved in an unprecedented downpour, the cargo space leaked some water on some of my stuff. No harm done.

Jesse PU-Haul changed my rental to a 24/7 pickup. When I showed up 2 hours early, I was told my truck wasn't ready yet. Unacceptable. As a 66 year old widow driving a U-Haul for the first time, I was nervous. What I received was a truck with 94,000+ miles that smelled of smoke and was very well worn. A tire monitor system alert came on early in my trip and never went away. Very nerve racking as it was not a local trip. Also the furniture pads were filthy and smelled disgusting. I was also under the impression if I returned the truck early, which I did, I'd have my rate adjusted. Didn't happen. Also could not adjust the mirrors correctly so basically was driving blind. The only good thing was the nice gentleman who helped me. I expected better for the expensive price I paid.
Katherine TThe van's check engine light was on. The person working at the facility stated that they had been unable to find the source of the problem that was causing the light to be on. There were no problems or issues while driving it however.
