The odometer said I drove 16 miles, round trip was only 10 miles. I verified with the car that was fallowing me and a map app. Either U-Haul or the vendor is playing with the odometer which is illegal.

Vincent WBetter up keep of the truck would be amazing. I have rented from U-Haul for many years and this was the worse experience I have ever had. The brakes were almost nonexistent. The inside of the cab door was falling off and had been repaired with some foam that had given up on holding. The door to the back kept getting suck because the wheel was off the track. I will not be using this location anymore.
ALISON MThere was broken glass on the ramp and my son cut his hand and foot on. And I tried to opt out of the 15 dollar whatever insurance safe whatever and could not!! I didn't need it I was able to opt out in past So no not very happy not satisfied

Michael FThe online system was a complete mess. Creating an account after reserving a truck was not good. The reservation could not be found on my end I had to call customer service several times. The gentleman was the only highlight of this whole ordeal. I was extremely dissatisfied with the online process. I much rather find an actual location and speak to a person. Truck was good. Customer service was a huge help

Sang DTruck would not start -battery was dead. I had to call UHaul roadside assistance to jump battery because location is not open on weekends.

Anne HI paid over $70 for a Uhaul when the advertised price was $19.95. The website didn't want to work, so I downloaded the ap. That didn't want to work at first either. Renting a uhaul is supposed to be easy and inexpensive. It was anything but easy and inexpensive. Checking it out was a nightmare bc the website and the app didn't want to work. Funny how checking it back in was less of a hassle than anything else. Uhaul needs to get it together. It's Uhaul as a company not the place we rented it.
