While the location and business associated with our rental were great, the mobile check in was crap, customer service was very slow to respond and we were charged more than or original online receipt stated.

margaret P.I have no idea why my online request went to this location. I always use the center on E Colonial Orlando but somehow it went to this other locations. We showed up a little early and no one was there, just the truck in a parking lot. I had requested a furniture dolly but it was not in the truck and this site has no equipment. I will not use it again if possible.
Robert W.I picked up the truck from this location. I had 2 moving blankets when I ordered12. They had no more. I ordered 2 Dollie's and one furnitre dolly. I did not receive the furniture dolly. I received one utility dolly and one appliance dolly. Not helpful
