- no customer service from location - van rear doors wouldn’t open, had to use side doors
Vlad StanoiuFirst of all, pickup appointment was at 5pm, however when i reached there at 4:50pm, i saw a note on the door saying that it will be opened at 5:20pm. I called on the number, and i was told to wait, as the guy was not in the store. I had to wait for 15 mins, and then only i got the truck. The guy was rude, and did not have basic customer services. It brings down uhauls image in front of customers. Very poor service and i will definitely not gonna recommend this to anyone.

Kin ChungStore opened 20 minutes late and proprietor was unapologetic and argumentative. U-Haul was not clean inside. I did not receive any personalized service or attention from the proprietor.
Caroline ArthurThe staff there needs to be trained professionally, the guy working there has an attitude problem. He was not professional at all and started arguing with me and as I was explaining my situation, he just hung up on me. He demanded me to go into the store physically out from my own time to fix the problem. If they were actually doing their job checking on all their trucks and maintaining them instead of arguing with their customers then there wouldn't be a problem. No notifications was sent to me about the truck being broken so therefore had to travel to another city to pick up one and got charged twice from original place and the second place.
Brandon GabarroAlthough the pickup at this location isn't completely contactless(with mobile pickup), and you will need to visit during store hours, my U-Haul experience at this location was great! The cargo van was nice and clean, and the person at the store was nice and professional. The reason I only gave 4 stars, is because I thought this experience was going to be completely contactless, so perhaps maybe the store could update that for others needing a vehicle outside of store hours!

Sritej Goud MarepallyI got charged 20 dollar after hours fee. I got the truck at 3:30pm returned at 5:15pm. They said to return it before 6:00pm I returned it at 5:15 pm. So don't know why I got charged the late fee?!
Sumia ShaukatThe worker at the location didnt speak english , was making my reservation by phone with other person , took him 50min for me to get the cargovan when the place was empty no more costumers , i tryed to get explanation about the truck and insurance , he only answer to me “ i dont know” worst experience ever renting a truck , plus the van was a mess in the back
DANIEL OSPINAI booked the truck for mobile pickup at 10:30 am. I took an Uber to the location, found the truck and started the mobile check-in process only to receive a message that my pickup had to be done in person at 11:30 when the location opened. Luckily I only wasted $10 on the Uber and 30 minutes waiting since they opened early. I assume that all customers should return the truck clean, there were nail clippings in the tray under the AC and on the floor of the truck cabin. The utility dolly I rented was supposed to be inside the truck as stated on the rental agreement. I found the back of the truck completely empty. Apparently I needed to pick it up from the store.
Mohamed El GendiEven the customer service is poor especially their hotline. There was something wrong with the online check in, Uhaul provided a number to call but nobody answered the call. Hotline sucks! take ages to answer and they will just hanged out. Good thing we went to a branch and provided a new number where we can call. After 2 hours we got the code for key box. Thanks to that agent Patricia! in less than 10 mins she figured and helped us get the truck. Online check-in should be improved! customer service especially the hotline should be improved as well.

ABIGAIL HAROMXoomtech was 20 minutes late to open shop which cut into the rental time. Also does not offer contactless truck pickup as it states online, which also interfered with the initial rental time booked online. Very unimpressed.

Mellisa JagdeoThe vehicle was not clean, during this Covid situation I was expected the vehicle in clean condition but it is not like that. Even though I returned the vehicle on the same day there is an extra charge for one more day.

ALEKSANDRA ZORICDon't charge the customer who tells you about the problems with the vehicle and doccuments it prior to the trip photos and comments etc... in your system... that they need to pay the cleaning fee after their trip... completely negates the point in noting any of the issues on pick up in the first place!! Plus make sure the people in charge of the vehicles at this location check the trucks after they have been used... the tire pressures were low in 3 of 4 tires on pre-inspection of vehicle, and the warning lights were on on the dash and i told them about it and they told me to just take the truck anyway... i also told them to clean out the garbage from previous users as it is COVID-19!! and i was told no... there is no issue... and they took out the dirty coffee cup that was there and left everything else... i was told someone elses water bottles and mail, and bits of carpet and cardboard were not garbage and the location was not responsible for cleaning it prior to my use... I took multiple photos etc... when starting the rental and uploaded into the uhaul system... i used my own wipes and disinfected the areas i touched myself as it was revolting to drive. I should be reimbursed for the cleaning fee i was charged. 100 %!!
