Only issue was picking up process was difficult website wasn't working an had to call agent took me 30 mins to pick up due to website/app issues they said to arrive 10 mins early to complete pick process took 30 mins which cut into my rental time

The location is amazing and the folks running it are amazing. However, the U-Haul website is garbage and takes forever trying to return a rental after hours. Wasted thirty mins trying to get it to work. But 5 stars for the location they are good people.

In fact, I'd like to report The lady who handled my form was extremely rude and threatened to cancel my reservation. She also asked me to enter my driver's license information into the app, then she asked me to repeat the information, which she then wrote down on a piece of paper. And put in her pocket

I FEEL LIKE THEY WERE DUMPING OLD EQUIPMENT. THERE WERE 2 OTHER NEW TOW DOLLIES AVAILABLE AT THAT STORE YET THEY SENT THE OLDEST AND MOST POOR CONDITION TOW DOLLY ON A 3000 MILE ROAD TRIP. SHAME ON THEM AND SHAME ON U-HAUL IF THAT IS THE STANDARD. THE DOLLY LOST A FENDER 1500 miles into the trip and i had to rig it with duct tape to get it home. no hellp from the 24 hour help line, it kept hanging up on me. no help from the local store in Kingman AZ, they said go online and put in a request. Really!! on a major freeway with two way traffic in a desert with poor cell towers???!!!!! go online??!! Thanks for nothing U-Haul. terrible terrible service and lack of help from anyone contacted.

Went pick up the trailer loaded it and when I went to check the pressure in the tires before heading out I noticed there was a huge patch of tire tread missing I had to return to the location so they could get someone to come change the tires had to wait an hour and a half for someone to show up and fix it
