This location needs to be shut down and I need to be refunded. My reservation was switched to this location last minute. This location is in the middle of no where and is almost an hour from where I requested my reservation. its out the back of a random house with “no trespassing” signs and broken down equipment everywhere, it does not answer ANY phone calls (even when the customer service people tried to call the location), it even took multiple knocks on the doors before there was even an answer. I had to do all of my transactions over the phone through customer service and the area field manager. To which the manager checked me out before we even got the trailer, and when the dealer did give us the trailer.. it was filled with someone else’s living room and it took 30 minutes for my boyfriend and the dealer to clean it out. 30 minutes after we “checked out” because the dealer couldn’t do it himself, we finally were able to get the trailer. Also- The location did not have a dolly like we requested. When we returned the trailer, the guy wasn’t there and I had to call customer service and get them to notate the return for me. We were told it would be taken care of first thing the next morning. It wasn’t. I tried calling the location (no luck- this location literally does not answer the phone- like.. go ahead, try it.) I then had to call customer service again, to which I was told the manager would handle it. The next day comes around, it’s not handled and my account still says I have the trailer. I have to call AGAIN. Customer service had to notate my account THREE times (three different days) before they got me to a resolution team to get my account to say the trailer was rightfully returned. TO WHICH I GOT BILLED FOR THREE DAYS WHEN I ONLY HAD THE TRAILER FOR TWO. Had to call customer service AGAIN to fix the bill to which I was simply told “The Area field manager is suppose to “get in touch with me” within 24 hours. Heard that before. 12 hours in, we’ll see. I’ve NEVER had emotional distress from a company before, but yet here I am. Completely Shameful.

Far out location and rough road. Not regarding the location but experience: When ordering a truck I would expect not to be able to order one size and be able to get it with all the equipment that I ordered as well. Instead I was told a day before my pick-up date that instead of a 15' truck i would have to get a 26' truck which burns more gas as well as being unnecessarily large for my move. In addition, I was told that I was not getting a dolly when I requested one. The pick-up location was not at fault but U-Haul's. Extremely poor. experience.

Please take Main Street movers off the list. Those are unprofessional people. They cost our family time, money and stress. The "movers" damaged our furniture, had to make several trips and we rented the largest truck to try to avoid this Culd someone please call me ASAP!

The employees at this location were kind, but were not competent in their job to secure me a uhaul trailer. I felt like I was walking them through it. Very disappointing.

My experience here was great. They had the truck ready and clean. They went over everything we needed to know about renting, cleaning and returning the truck and equipment. There were no surprise charges and everything went smoothly. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

She made this the most positive experience that I have ever had with U-Haul. I forgot my glasses when I did a night-drop, and Rachel called the next morning to let me know that she had found them and washolding them for me. What a wonderful lady!

I attempted to rent a truck from a previous location but could not get a response from them to change the pickup time. I drove there and it is a creepy looking place and wasn't even open at 9:30. The second place where I actually rented the truck from appeared safe and the employee was extremely helpful.

Initially the rental agent showed me where my rental trailer was located and expected me to complete the trailer hook up---for a 6x12' trailer. there is no way a 60 yr old guy can lift the tongue of a trailer that size....not sure what they were thinking....this is rental agent responsibility not a customer responsibility. They eventually had an employee come over and assist me with the hook up.

There needs to be a trailer lift or fulcrum available to take the 6x12 trailer off the hitch since the salesman wouldn't help. And, I don't blame him due to his age. I am 60 and my back is still hurting after 48 hours lifting that much weight. I will never return a trailer to a dealer location that is not staffed to assist the customer.

U-Haul customer service reps need to be better versed in what their locations have to offer. The rep working with me told me that this location would have additional supplies to purchase (packing supplies, hitches, etc.). The location did not have any of the above. Also, it would be helpful for the U-Haul Customer Service reps to let their customers know that the 4x8 (model I rented) needs the appropriate 4 prong adapter for the trailer lights. It took me over 24 hours to get on the road because I had to locate all of the necessary equipment that I was told would be available for purchase at this location.

I am disappointed we rented a car tow dolly and the the car we where trying to carry would not go on the dolly it sat to low so we had the dolly no more than 10 minutes and explained what the problem was so we where still charge $50.00 for nothing. I could see maybe half but to be charged full price for something that we did not use is not good. Dan W.
