Driver side windshield wiper stopped working during the middle of driving on a rainy day. It did not feel safe, trip took longer than needed bc he needed to see. Also employee made joke about sticking head out the window to see the road.

The service at the pickup location was excellent, but rear suspension on the truck was in poor condition making it a very uncomfortable ride.
