The location, staff and equipment were all perfect. The only downside is the gas mileage for the truck; my 125 miles, which was mostly interstate, Was a little less than 10 mph.

Even though I called the day prior to confirm my reservation AND advise I would be about an hour later than scheduled (9:00am). I was actually 90 minutes late and upon arriving, Ebony (associate) told me my reservation was cancelation due to being late and not calling to advise. Ebony retrieved my canceled reservation but told me I would need to return the vehicle by 3:30pm. That's 5-hours but luckily everything I was hauling was in the vicinity, so I returned the van around 2:00pm. Ebony was very professional and made the check-in and check-out very easy.

The clerk was helpful and quick as was the process which I appreciate but the truck wasn't prepared. It had a very low tire pressure, the brakes were making noises and it was a little unsettling

A system outage prevented me from gaining access to U-Haul. The outage caused a lot of issues for me. I called multiple times and needed to reschedule for the next morning. Although Your Space Storage could not control this outage, we received nothing for the inconvenience.

You guys took extra fees and charges up to $200 and my truck was only $40 plus my $24 for miles ..$65 total and when I called they said it was a mistake and haven’t returned my money yet

I had complications picking up my rental and complications returning it. I lost valuable time both times. This experience was very frustrating. The uhaul app needs fixing ASAP...

THIS IS MY GO TO LOCATION. I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE. TIS IS FOR THIS PARTCULAR VISIT ONLY 11/1/23. THE GAS NEEDLE DID NOT WORK PROPERLY. IT CAUSED ME TO PUT $58,22 WORTH OF GAS IN THE VEHICLE DC 2160G FOR A 75 MILE TRIP. I TOOK THE VEHICLE OUT AT HALF TANK. I PROCEEDEDTO RETURNED THE USED GAS.. AFTER 4 TRIES OF TURNING THE VEHICLE ON AND OFF AND WAITING FOR IT TO RECALIBRATE, IT FINALLY DECIDES TO JUMP TO THE FULL POSITION. I HAVE CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS IS UNFAIR. 75 MILES DOESN'T COST WHAT WAS PAID IN GAS AND THE CHARGE FOR MILEAGE. GAS WAS $3.19. 18,2 GALLONS PURCHASED. SOMETHING IS WRONG. MELINDA MOODY 443.386.0202. The truck that was assigned to me needed some much maintenance: DC-2160G 1) Steering wheel position was not centered. (out of alignment) 2) Brakes pedal was spongy.

The U-Haul staff, Ebony, was very nice. However, she did not know how to explain all the upfront costs to rent the truck. But, we talked it through. Overall the experience with Ebony was great. Regarding the truck itself, it was horrible! The key did not turn on multiple occasions in the ignition! The emergency brake rod was bent up. And, the window handle to lower the driver side window was broken off. Last, the truck's gas opener is obsolete for the new gas pumps that cuts off if the pump ideas not fully cover the opener and keep in the fumes. The pump kept stopping and it was extremely hard to replace the gas. Overall, a terrible U-Haul experience.

I had the worst experience. I alerted the staff to some warnings on the dashboard and they assured me it was fine to drive the truck. Once I unloaded and was going to return the truck it wouldn't start. The battery was completely dead. I then had to wait just under 2 hours for roadside assistance to arrive. They took at least 25 minutes to simply replace the battery. Bad experience all around. I definitely will NEVER return and will tell all my friends and family not to patronize.

First Truck hadn't been cleaned, literally had trash and roaches in it. Significant tree damage all over truck as well. Second truck hadn't been cleaned but at least the back was empty, never got a new Pre Check text, once loaded the back right tire was obviously very low on air. Uhaul App location did not work for self return after hours. Had to extend rental and pay for another day. Finally came in well under estimated mileage still haven't been reimbursed.

Absolutely! This was my trust experience contracting U-Haul services and both the leasing office personnel (Mrs. Ela and Veronica were superb! Very attentive, professional and pleasant. Also, movers staff were very careful with my property and very attentive! I'm certainly would contract both services again as needed. And recommend to friends abc family alike. Although,I only needed it for a really short move,I actually felt like the truck was going to break down.The transmission was thumpimg hard and the rear compartment wasn't clean,My funiture got dirty when we loaded it. Sorry,but if I need to move again,may choose another place

If someone is placed on phone hold, try not to forget them. If the customer has to find the rental vehicle on their own, at least know where the equipment located and where the vehicles identifiers are located to make it easier for the customer to ID the proper vehicle.
