Customer service was 10 out of 10. I walked in was greeted with professionalism and respect. I will recommend this location to all friends.
Michelle JCheck in staff nice but did not provide instructions; such as, where the vehicle was located and how to read the gas gauge. The return agent was not knowledgeable, when I asked to use a different payment method, he sighed and call manager and asked "is that a thing". He was unable to explain to me why my bill was more than I expected, And appeared annoyed when I asked for him to breakdown the cost.

CHRISTAN AThe truck was dirty and clearly needed some maintenance. It was scary to operate . I was told they are all the same. The only truck I seen that was clean I was told was only available for one way use. I was not helped when asked for help to navigate the app or to find the link to leave comments about the state of the vehicle before use. The guy was not helpful and unkind. It seemed as if I was bothering him. Also, the process took way longer than any other time I have used U-Haul.

I received a call that the van I had reserved wasn't available. Ms. Ella went above and beyond to make sure that I had a van for that day! She's the primary reason why I prefer to only work with this location!

Jerome HThe back of the truck was filled in. The corners with animal urine and hair. It was a strong smell and the door also needed service. It was very hard to close and secure, truck road good but that smell in the back and I had to put my furniture in it and I'm praying the smell doesn't stay in my mattress and things.

deonte sThe location, staff and equipment were all perfect. The only downside is the gas mileage for the truck; my 125 miles, which was mostly interstate, Was a little less than 10 mph.

Rhonda SEven though I called the day prior to confirm my reservation AND advise I would be about an hour later than scheduled (9:00am). I was actually 90 minutes late and upon arriving, Ebony (associate) told me my reservation was cancelation due to being late and not calling to advise. Ebony retrieved my canceled reservation but told me I would need to return the vehicle by 3:30pm. That's 5-hours but luckily everything I was hauling was in the vicinity, so I returned the van around 2:00pm. Ebony was very professional and made the check-in and check-out very easy.

Stephanie SA system outage prevented me from gaining access to U-Haul. The outage caused a lot of issues for me. I called multiple times and needed to reschedule for the next morning. Although Your Space Storage could not control this outage, we received nothing for the inconvenience.

Rita WTHIS IS MY GO TO LOCATION. I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE. TIS IS FOR THIS PARTCULAR VISIT ONLY 11/1/23. THE GAS NEEDLE DID NOT WORK PROPERLY. IT CAUSED ME TO PUT $58,22 WORTH OF GAS IN THE VEHICLE DC 2160G FOR A 75 MILE TRIP. I TOOK THE VEHICLE OUT AT HALF TANK. I PROCEEDEDTO RETURNED THE USED GAS.. AFTER 4 TRIES OF TURNING THE VEHICLE ON AND OFF AND WAITING FOR IT TO RECALIBRATE, IT FINALLY DECIDES TO JUMP TO THE FULL POSITION. I HAVE CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS IS UNFAIR. 75 MILES DOESN'T COST WHAT WAS PAID IN GAS AND THE CHARGE FOR MILEAGE. GAS WAS $3.19. 18,2 GALLONS PURCHASED. SOMETHING IS WRONG. MELINDA MOODY 443.386.0202.
