The equipment and truck were great but the staff was the best part ! I can recall his and her name but they were awesome ! One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had, in my mind it stands out, I would recommend this location 100 % to anybody.

over charge me for a 39,95 rental , i went exactly 50 miles as I need to be fill the truck back and it cost me 142 dollars !!

Parking my vehicle way down the street was a problem for me; being a female dropping a truck off at night was a major problem for me.

Customer service was 10 out of 10. I walked in was greeted with professionalism and respect. I will recommend this location to all friends.

Check in staff nice but did not provide instructions; such as, where the vehicle was located and how to read the gas gauge. The return agent was not knowledgeable, when I asked to use a different payment method, he sighed and call manager and asked "is that a thing". He was unable to explain to me why my bill was more than I expected, And appeared annoyed when I asked for him to breakdown the cost.

The service is good but you guys have set your mind on charging extra money for fuel. Even when I filled the fuel back, you still charged me for it. Your hidden charges are too much.

The truck was dirty and clearly needed some maintenance. It was scary to operate . I was told they are all the same. The only truck I seen that was clean I was told was only available for one way use. I was not helped when asked for help to navigate the app or to find the link to leave comments about the state of the vehicle before use. The guy was not helpful and unkind. It seemed as if I was bothering him. Also, the process took way longer than any other time I have used U-Haul.
