I was unable to leave my car parked in the parking lot because, “There is no roomâ€, yet there were no other cars in the lot besides the employee's and there were no customers because I had picked up the one and only truck that was there. I would not recommend this location based solely on the employee I was in contact with.

CONNIE G. | Expérience généraleThey ask me to move out because of another person, they never ask me what happened, and when I ask the reason they said I had breaking the rules, when I ask the district manager she was rude when I try to ask she was very short on her answers and just said we had 2 weeks to move out and that was it, the other person was allow to stay when he is a very conflicted person. I really hope y'all do something about it, what they did to me was unfair.

Frank E. | Expérience généraleRented a dolly that was never given. Uhaul truck had a check engine light and the person working turned off vehicle and turned it back on and said we were fine. We were traveling from Texas to Illinois and basically putting our life in the line while we were moving for 18 hours. Vehicles alignment was also having issues vehicle was swerving in the road and vehicle was shaking I would like a discount due to this issue since we risked everything.

I was notified the same day, so I know they perform daily property and unit inspections. Office staff was always very nice the few times I had to go in the office. The property is very clean. I will DEFINITELY use them again if I need storage needs. My property was not damaged by water or mold. NO evidence of rodents in my unit whatsoever! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thanks for the great service!
ANTOINETTE R. | Expérience généraleI rented four units here over two and a half years, so I had a lot of dealings with this facility. Quite more expensive than most in this city, and only leased here for convenience.... there are much better deals elsewhere around town. Payment is difficult as their system refused to accept credit card payments made on a pad or phone, and they refuse to take payments over the phone..... this caused me to fall into late payment categories, and high late fees. Their late fees are quite predatory, and extremely high, and lockout occurs on the 4th of the month. A late fee of $50 occurs on the 15th, and they take auction actions on the 1st of the the following month, and deliver even higher late fees at that time, making things difficult to recover from for those having financial difficulties. This is a predatory practice, and the management has no latitude in working with those that fall into this trap. Billing is through a U-Haul app, which is clunky, difficult, and dated. The system does not combine multiple payments for multiple units, and is difficult to sort through; there have been instances when payme ts made have not registered, and double billed. All in all their payme t system is awful, and seems to be deliberately designed to discourage digital payme t and force people into their predatory late fees. All of the driveways are way too narrow, the turns are too tight for trucks and trailers especially, making access VERY limited. On busy days people have difficulty maneuvering around others, and access to your units will be a hassle. The managers are good people, and very cooperative and helpful. I really enjoyed my dealings with them, but they are sticklers for all of the rules, and cannot work with anyone over payment issues and late fees. Over the 2 1/2 years I rented here I never had a good experience with the facility and the payment system, and will warn people away from leasing here, and cannot recomend this facility, period. As a postscript it appears to me that this is a U Haul owned facility that for some reason endeavors to hide its ownership and pretend to be an independent operation..... there may be marketing or even legal issues behind this deal, but folks will find that they are dealing with U Haul on all payment issues, and paying U Haul when making digital payments. They will do their dead level best to fleece your wallet. Rarely in life have I encountered such predatory business practices..... Go elsewhere, people, there are much better deals out there in other facilities that aren't as desperate to get into your purse and wallets, and ha e much better access to your unit(s).

Either the original mileage was incorrect or the estimate was wrong. Regardless, I will rent elsewhere moving forward. This was my third one-way rental in about 6 weeks and I've always turned equipment in timely and in good condition.

I got the truck and worked with awesome people to get it. Renting was smooth and painless. Highly recommend! That said... 1. The website was straight forward and simple in creating an appointment and checking in; however, navigating it to make changes was not as easy. Finding a phone number or email to directly communicate to the rental location became frustrating. The requirement to make changes by the day before pickup felt restrictive in my overall needs for the rental. 2. My reservation was canceled (not by me) 30 minutes after it was scheduled. Honestly, not a problem. I just wish that was a little more clear when making the appointment. 3. The website was not up to date on where my rental was available for pickup. I called beforehand and was told my reservation location had no trucks at all as they were under construction.

Juan M.The courtesy with which the staff treated me (Veronica and Stephanie) was exceptional.But the truck I used, ID - DC3310K, had not been properly maintained. While it drove well with satisfactory comfort level in the cabin, IT WOULD FAIL DMV's INSPECTION for the following reason: the headlights were completely out of focus with the high-beams non-functioning. My return drive was at night using 290W to 281S from Austin to San Antonio. This route is not lit up like an interstate and was thus harrowing to drive on in this truck. I had not been informed of the defect when initially renting the truck but I did inform Stephanie of the problem after I returned the truck. I believe she made a note of this and I hope the defect is fixed. But the onus is not on her. It is on U-Haul to ensure all your vehicles are safe for the customers.

Requested they (uhaul) they do that for me as I was flying in from out of town and arriving directly from airport to pick up uhaul. they couldnt do that. purchased tiedowns from home depot. they person I talked too was on 1 800#
