Had some difficulty with the mobile check in and will probably not use that method again.

Traci CollinsHorrible customer service. The lady working at the counter was rude, not helpful, and appeared annoyed that I asked questions. I was unable to leave my car parked in the parking lot because, "There is no room", yet there were no other cars in the lot besides the employee's and there were no customers because I had picked up the one and only truck that was there. I would not recommend this location based solely on the employee I was in contact with.

Liberato PagaoaRented a dolly that was never given. Uhaul truck had a check engine light and the person working turned off vehicle and turned it back on and said we were fine. We were traveling from Texas to Illinois and basically putting our life in the line while we were moving for 18 hours. Vehicles alignment was also having issues vehicle was swerving in the road and vehicle was shaking I would like a discount due to this issue since we risked everything.

Rosemary AcostaIt took longer to use the uhaul app process. I used it because I thought it would be quicker than doing the process at the counter. Next time I won't use the app and won't recommend it unless it's improved.

Attendant at storage facility stated he did not have an appliance dolly and I only used the $7 dolly. Fred PerryThe location was good and the staff was friendly. But I will not be using uhaul again because when I turned it in I was charged a mileage overage that I shouldn't have had. Either the original mileage was incorrect or the estimate was wrong. Regardless, I will rent elsewhere moving forward. This was my third one-way rental in about 6 weeks and I've always turned equipment in timely and in good condition.

Judith jacksonThese comments are directed to uhaul and not to this specific rental location. Overall, insignificant in my overall experience. I got the truck and worked with awesome people to get it. Renting was smooth and painless. Highly recommend! That said... 1. The website was straight forward and simple in creating an appointment and checking in; however, navigating it to make changes was not as easy. Finding a phone number or email to directly communicate to the rental location became frustrating. The requirement to make changes by the day before pickup felt restrictive in my overall needs for the rental. 2. My reservation was canceled (not by me) 30 minutes after it was scheduled. Honestly, not a problem. I just wish that was a little more clear when making the appointment. 3. The website was not up to date on where my rental was available for pickup. I called beforehand and was told my reservation location had no trucks at all as they were under construction.

grover lemarrFrom the online site, it was not clear that the location had nothing other than the truck. I needed additional items that were only available at a full service store. The truck was in good shape and I drove it 1300miles in 3 days.

Juan MenendezThe courtesy with which the staff treated me (Veronica and Stephanie) was exceptional.But the truck I used, ID - DC3310K, had not been properly maintained. While it drove well with satisfactory comfort level in the cabin, IT WOULD FAIL DMV's INSPECTION for the following reason: the headlights were completely out of focus with the high-beams non-functioning. My return drive was at night using 290W to 281S from Austin to San Antonio. This route is not lit up like an interstate and was thus harrowing to drive on in this truck. I had not been informed of the defect when initially renting the truck but I did inform Stephanie of the problem after I returned the truck. I believe she made a note of this and I hope the defect is fixed. But the onus is not on her. It is on U-Haul to ensure all your vehicles are safe for the customers.

Requested they (uhaul) they do that for me as I was flying in from out of town and arriving directly from airport to pick up uhaul. they couldnt do that. purchased tiedowns from home depot. they person I talked too was on 1 800#

reginald lynchWhen you rent a unit out for a daily rental, don't charge 2 days because you kept it for 8,5 hrs, a day is 24 hrs!!!!!! Or charge by the hour then.

Kim GhezThe drive ways would not accommodate a 26' truck and after finally managing to get the truck to unit the man tells me that the facility is not designed to accommodate trucks over 15'. If he had told me this when I showed up I would have changed storage locations.
