Was told to drop off at 185 Temple Cir Sistersville WV this location it a bank not a U-Haul location. Then was told to take to another location 299 Virginia St New Martinsville WV is no longer in business. They wouldn't allow me to return at this location. Then I called back to Tonya where I picked up the rental, she was a really big help trying to get me a location to drop off the equipment on Saturday March 4, 2023.

They are very friendly and honest with everything. At least they fought with the lying place to get all of our $100 deposit back. Never ever any other place made us ever pay a deposit ever. At least this place is honest. Just wondering how many other people have been ripped off by the other place where we picked it up at.

The app was defective and unhelpful. I had to go through the app three times to try and get it to go through and even after that, I had to wait ten minutes before I was approved to get the truck.

The man running this location is really rude. Didnt leave my equipment i paid for on the truck nor instructions on how to get it. Truck wasnt clean nor maintenanced. It should have never been rented out.

The owner was so very helpful. The rental was processed quickly. The rates were reasonable. I drive an extra 15 miles to use his business. There is a uhaul close to my house but they are rude. I have used this place many times.

Connection was broken lights flickered on and off. Said was the only one available. Trailer was filthy inside had to clean before we could use. Busted lights on trailer and door latch was broken, husband had to fix it before we could use it. Drop off location was embarrassed about the condition when we dropped it off. Stated it needed to be taken off the road. Unsafe for transport.
