We had the truck for less than 18 hours, and we're charged full price, as well as the truck being damaged. We were also forced to add insurance to the rental, even though we have it included in our personal insurance. And the call representative was very unhelpful and dismissive.

The check out and check in process is not the best. I didn’t get all my photos uploaded and my phone went dead. I sat there and got charged my battery enough to finish but the app would not let me finish so I took all the photos in case something is said. Ihave my receipt so I guess I’m done.
