HENOCK GWhen we checked in online to pick up the truck, we weren't given a lockbox code. We were told to go inside but the place wasn't opened yet. I had to call customer support and got the code.

Oluwatosin IZemen Trading was absolutely wonderfu!. As a woman needing to rent a truck to deliver balloons to an event it was fantastic to rent from a woman store manager who was so helpful and kind. The truck was in excellent condition and I made it to my event and back in the snow and ice on one of the coldest days of the year - and without a glitch! The heat worked, the wipers and wiper fluid was full - I could not have asked for more!

BERNARD HI was seen promptly, the clerk was friendly and the equipment was newer and in excellent condition (backup camera was a big plus). The clerk also called me right after I dropped off the van to remind me of a few things I left back in the store, which I was able to get. Parking at a nearby lot was plentiful on a Sunday. I highly recommend this location.

NICOLE DBecause I have just moved from Maine I have an out of state driver's license that hung up the online registration process but upon reaching Jess at customer service and the location's manager, Mickey (? spelling) I was promptly attended and set up with the 10 foot truck that was requested. I was so very grateful for Mickey's kindness and patience. I will be certain to return to this location if the need to rent a truck again arises. I pray that if any trouble comes up that Jess or someone as kind and patient as she was answers the call. Thank you. Travel well.

Philip HI like giving a small local person some business. The drawback for them is it's usually manned by one person and does retail business, so pick-up can often be very slow as one person handles multiple things. It's kind of a Catch-22 for him. It would be nice, esp. weekends, to anticipate rental traffic and have another worker present.

karen nThe van I ordered was not available when I got there. I was asked to go to another location, so I called an Uber. Then the van showed up and so did my Uber so I had to pay to cancel the Uber. A better operated system on car availability would be helpful.

haile bBusiness owner was late. Had lots of excuses and reasons why the truck I was renting was not clean, beat up and not ready. When I finally got the app to function, the combination I was given was already on the lock. I opened the door and found a key, he took the key from me because it was the wrong key. He found the correct key finally and sent me off. Unique experience.
RICHARD CThe location is convenient. I didn't receive the moving pads, but was charged for them. I even made a comment in person and when I returned the van via the app and still charged for them. The van I picked up did have a few bottles of trash (soda, water) and also something like soda spilled all around the cup holder making it very sticky.
Thomas EMy experience with renting a Uhaul truck from Zemen Trading at 14 Randolph Rd, Silver Spring, MD 20904 was truly awful. The person behind the register was incredibly rude, and despite returning the truck two hours early, I was still charged for an extra day. I've been waiting for a refund even after calling Zemen Trading. They failed to handle the return process correctly. To add to the frustration, the truck's ashtray was dirty, and a cigarette lighter was left on the seat. This was a horrible experience with Uhaul.
