Now they called/text me four more times wanting me to drive a extra 30 miles to drop off. Again my fuel my mileage! UHaul logistics is like dealing with a 2nd grader I will never use U-Haul again in fact I will go out of my way not to use them. Logistics suck.nothing like getting a text from UHaul traffic control telling you the drop off place is not taking equipment when your standing there with the check in person and we both laughed. What a joke!

The truck was the roughest ride of any truck I've driven in the past 20 years. The steering was incredibly loose and the wheels all seemed off balance. While the pickup location was very friendly and helpful, the truck itself was pretty much a disaster.

Made no attempt to forwarn of shortened Saturday hours and lack of after hours drop off. Even the customer service line showed after hour drop off capability, which allowed for a reservation after open hours. Ended up stuck with a van and without a personal car until Monday when they reopened, making me late for work. Overall van functional and well maintained. Needs work on customer communication and reservation creation that allows for drop off times to be set after closing when the service is not available.

I had originally rented from a St. Charles location only to find out my pick up was moved to this location which is a half hour out of my way to pick up and a half hour back! An hour out of my day that I will not get back! What happened to customer service!!
