Reservations were messed up. Person helping me was rude and unprofessional. He could hardly speak English. Never said thank you. Acted like I was putting him out by renting the equipment. Never came out to help me back up the 15 foot van to hook up car trailer. The van did not have a backup camera.

First of all, you advertise truck rentals for $19.95, but after just using it for 1 round trip equaling 180 miles i was charged almost 400 dollars. That's a huge stretch from 19,95 rental. Also the truck showed I drove more miles than 180 going over by 4 miles even though I didn't go anywhere else with it. 90 one way 90 back, and charged me for 184 miles. The guy hardly spoke English and had the nerve to tell me that google maps is wrong. The truck had trash on passenger side floor, and reminisce of other people paperwork from prior rentals as well as items left in the back. I wasn't given paperwork on my rental.

The person who operated this Grocery and Deli U-HAUL was not helpful at all. The facility is not accommodating for truck and trailer returns. The employee was not helpful in the placement of the auto transport return leaving the customer having to figure it out for themselves, nor did they attempt to verify all the customers information upon truck return. They were lazy and I would NEVER utilize that location again.

When I rented the truck it had 129 miles til empty. I returned it with 140-something miles & was charged $14,6 for 2 gallons of gas. I should have taken a picture when I rented it. Disappointed to say the least. I realize it's not a large amount of money. It is however, about the principal!

The employee that helped was nice but he was very difficult to understand and not helpful at all it felt like I was interrupting his day even though he was just sitting there listening to what sounded like a prayer on a stereo

Pick up was a little rough because my reservation was wrong but that wasn't the stores fault. When the employee was going over the charges he asked if I need insurance and I said no, so he said he took it off. I did a walk around the truck but I didn't think to open the back and check inside. When I opened it, it was full of dirt and debris. There was something spilled and it smelled like throw up. When I returned the truck to the store I showed them the picture of the gas range when I picked it up vs when I dropped it off. The employee told me I was going to be charged because it had less gas in it as when I got it. I showed him the picture again and that there was way more gas in it now. He told me he wouldn't charge me. When I got home I reviewed the receipt that was emailed to me and I notice I was charged for insurance as well as the gas. I will be calling customer service as well as never picking up a truck from this location.

Training. We were told at pick up we would get an adjustment on fuel because it didn't have as much as it as reported. We didn't get the adjustment at all. And we had to off load the blankets for the guy because he was all alone and busy. So we carried them into the building for him.

First time that I've got a trailer that was not hooked up for me. I was just pointed to the trailer and told that one.

Nothing say that is a Uhaul location. The person there didn't speak English and was confusing. Also, they try to charge me with extra gas so TAKE A PICTURE of the gas before leaving.

Windshield wiper blades need replacement. Nearly useless in the rain. Found the driver side door lock damaged during checkout (have pic if needed). Should check the transmission. Reverse sounded iffy a couple times. My online reservation was for 2 days but the person at the pickup store, didn't realize it. I don't think there was an issue on their end but he thought I returned the truck late.

The app was not working correctly. I ended up going into the store where the guy helped me. I don't even know if I got the discount for using this location. I wanted to use the location that gave me a discount.

I'm pretty sure they are going to stop renting U-Haul from this location. I was asked to wait 20 minutes for someone to come in to check me out. I was not happy at all.

The location was odd in that it was a grocery store that serviced U-Haul. However, the location had the exact trailer that I needed, it was clean, the tires were probably new, the lights on the trailer all worked properly and the brake lights were LED. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall I am quite happy with the trailer and the price for a one way out of state.
