The items that we had rented (dollies and blanket) were not in the truck. This was frustrating as we had counted on them for the move. The process also was a bit complicated. Took us more than an hour to check out the truck. There was no clear directions where the lock boxes were located plus trying to do the self check we ran into a couple snags. But overall a good experience.

Since I dropped off the vehicle on a Sunday, I didn't speak with anyone personally. The key drop was quite visible, and the place to park the truck was accessible. I didn't have any problems with this location.

Not notify them the day before they don’t have the option they reserved earlier and charge them for all the extra inconveniences they have to incur

Cup holder was broken. Gas was not full on pick up but I filled it up to almost full when dropped off. Should receive a refund for the gas I put in there. Truck was 3 hours late upon pick up and was a very big inconvenience.

There were some issues with my hitch and the guys were great to work with - made sure I got the correct replacement and that the trailer was hitched correctly and that travel to FL would be uneventful.

My reservation was made for my home town but i was called 3 days before move day to tell me i jad to pick it up 30 minutes away. Once i got there, there was no one in the store and had to do a virtual check in. This check in took nearly an hour including 2 phone calls to customer service. To complete the check in i had to upload a selfie, a photo of my state ID, and send them the name and phone number for someone to verify that I'm a real person. That verification took an additional 15 minutes to complete only for them to tell me since I'm taking the uhaul across state lines that i needed more proof of identity. I then had to upload proof of my current lease agreement with my house. Thinking this was enough, they wanted an additional person to verify that i was a real person. Took another 10-15 minutes for them to verify. I was finally able to get the lock code to retrieve my keys. Once i got the rental in my possession i checked the back of the truck only to realize that they did not have the 3 dollys i reserved. There was nobody in the store to help fix this problem and i had to travel to 2 other stores to obtain dollys for my move. 10/10 would not recommend this location and 10/10 would not recommend the online verification for a rental.

1. My two wheel cart wasn't included or there when I came to make rental. 2. The 24/7 check in process is a joke, and it was an extra 30 min to get the rental. 3. Calling u-haul support when trying to get thru the process, the lady was rude and rushing to get me off the phone. 4. The location key return box wouldn't fit the key fob for the vehicle. Had to call into support again, and Brian was a great help. Won't ever rent from u-haul again . Will go Penske from now on.
