Better advertising…the location is confusing with another u-haul authorized dealer right across the street.

I got charged on my debit card on 11/16 I saw it my transaction. Then I get an email on 11/29 saying it wasn't paid and was going to collection. I replied to that email asking for an explication of what was going on which I was not contact and the on 11/30 I was charged again which overdrew my bank account them upon looking at the receipt it was very different from the one I signed.
Bobby MUnaware that I had reserved and was picking up a trailer, even though it was the only trailer parked in their lot; did not have a dolly for me after I had reserved one; I asked for boxes and was told "we don't have any", but then I asked them to check and low and behold, they had plenty; complete apathy towards the customer.
Elisabeth PReviews and website showed 24/7 drop off, but when I arrived at 4 pm on a Saturday, the gate was locked, and I could not drop off the trailer. Fortunately, someone came to get into their storage unit and let me in. Otherwise I would've been forced to find another location to drop it. I called Uhaul direct and they could not get a hold of management.

Ron SBut overall I'm very disappointed. I went to the original pick up location and it was closed and they had no truck for me. I didn't receive an email that my location was moved. The rep that made my reservation told me it was unlimited mileage for this drop off. For me to find out that I had to pay mileage. You recoded my conversation with the rep I'm sure. gregory gThe truck had been in some kind of an accident on the drivers side, you could hardly get the door opened to get in. It was the most disappointing experience I have ever had and I been a return customer. This may be my last. This was not my normal location. They sent me there to pick up the truck. Never again
KAYE MVery poorly run. The person working pick up was very unorganized and had lots of issues using app on her phone due to bad screen protector. The drop off was told by employee she doesn't do the U-Haul and that they where not in on Saturday. They clearly had it posted that they do work Saturdays. .

alexander lI was to pick it up at the other uhaul location and this location charged me more there where 3 4×8 trailer and none had lights that work around the license plate she told me if I got stop it for be my fault I had to take that trailer and she didn't hook it right so I went to the uhaul that I was dealing with for 4 months it is on the corner of Valley mills and Waco I think the address is 4216 waco drive they are the best so I drove over to that location and the fix the light and hook up the trailer right I am 73 years old driving that long distance and this location where I pick up the trailer uhaul should not let them have there trailer to rent I bet if you look up that location there is a lot of complaints she put me 4 hour behind because every trailer she had on there 4×8 had no lights they were burned out because she put me behind I lost the helper that was to load my trailer so this 73 year old woman load it I never been so upset please I want something done about this my daughter has 5 000 followers on Facebook my daughter was so up she is posting things how I was treated at my age that they would treat a senior person that way. Thank you for giving me this chance to explain

BryanPederson PWell they have good service, your treated good and unlike a lot of other businesses they show you your appreciated. They pretty much got it going. I've been going here for a while now and never had a problem. If anything I'd take care of the people here. They do a great job.

JUDY KUhaul changed our pickup location 3 times. When we finally got there it was far into Waco which made it difficult for us. The facility was closed and the truck wasn't where it said it was going to be and we had a bit of trouble finding the truck.

JAMES BWell PLEASE understand that the driver is NOT the one paying the rent and WHY discuss that with them or call the right number looking for the driver?? they can't answer anything because they are Not with me they just someone who got pd to Drive . I said all of this at the beginning. I did make a mistake thinking I could have it loaded in one day!!! Sorry about that and I will finish paying my bill Thanks again over all everything was great

ROGELIO MReservation was from waco to Austin. Contract showed waco to grand completely the opposite direction. It took 30 min on the phone to correct this. Was transfered several times without notice .prairie

Donnie KThe rental process seemed disorganized, inefficient and unprepared. There's no lobby so you have to stand in line outside while they serve one customer at a time for 15 minutes each. Things just weren't clicking like most uhauls.

DONALD SThe u haul rep did not hook the trailer on securely!!!!! The trailer came off the ball during the move!! It could have really hurt someone. In addition, the rep did not tell us we had no trailer brakes or right turn signal lights. We are very lucky that a major accident did not occur. I am VERY unsatisfied with this service.
DA RIt was not location probably it was person who took my order. I asked for largest truck they gave me med truck. When I got to ft Worth storage was supposed to be same size I had in Waco with it being climate control unit and it was out door unit and nothing I could do to late to pay movers addition price to go to other location. So my stuff is setting in out door unit most likely getting ruined by the heat!

steven sThey were closed. The lady I spoke to before they closed was so sweet and kind. There are two u-haul locations across the street from each other. We have the keys to the night drop on the one address on the text but parked at the other because there was no where to legally park the truck. I picked up the truck with 1/8 of a tank of gas and returned it with 1/4. I was told we would be get a refund for that amount. I have a hit on my card that was rejected as if they were going to charge my card but not a refund. The truck was turned in before 5. I picked it up at 6pm the day before. I was assured it would be checked in as on time since the place wasn't open. When I called the person said well we can't just go and o that business and get that truck u have to call them. I called them and they said we don't have the keys they can just come get it. Honest mistakes or what have u. Everyone was nice but something needs to be done about the refund and parking and communication when u have u-haul businesses across the street from each other
