Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe lady was very nice. It would be helpful to have someone capable to help unhook. I am 60 and had to lift the trailer hitch off myself because it had no jack. The facility was very tight spaced. The grade was not level, therefore difficult to get unhooked. I requested a location I had used before but was denied. I will not use this return location in the future.
Charlie KMy only complaint is is that when I rented the U-Haul I was told I could drop it off at any location so the next day I had to go to work so I traveled with the U-Haul attached to my car and stopped at a U-Haul place right down the road from my work and then was told oh no you have to turn around and go 45 minutes back and drop it off in Sweene that was a bunch of bullshit and caused a lot of problems for me
SHARON CWe’re not helpful in regards to the fact we did not receive items I was charged for.
Cynthia MInsure equipment is in working condition.
