Hady A.Although you understand companies are using apps for check outs and returns I could not get the app to work during a storm in the area, so I was unable to up load a pic of the fuel gauge and mileage and I returned on a Saturday after hours . On Monday The store tried to charge me $40 for fuel for driving 7 miles when the fuel garage didn't really move from off of full. Had to file a complaint to corporate to resolve because store refused

Robin P.Equipment and office were very good. Complaint would be the after-hours drop-off. During rental, received a text stating a $20 convenience fee if a link to verify equipment was not used during drop-off. So, I followed the link at drop-off - it was not able to verify location (even after following instructions, several times); and afterwards, there was a check list that was confusing as to whether they should be clicked off or not to complete (seems they cannot be clicked..). The link sure seemed to be wasting a lot of time.
Truman K.Danise was so sweet and helpful and made the process quick and easy. She was also very attentive. The trailer part of the truck was nearly spotless. The cab of the truck however could have used a good cleaning. Anything I touched just about had black marks on it and transferred to my hands easily.

Thomas P.I had to call the lady twice in the after hours cause I'm a ding dong and couldn't figure out how to unhook the tow thingy. It was messed up cause I was on a tilt hill. She was nice to me and I appreciated it. We got it after like 20 mins but laughed at our mistake. Uhaul is so helpful

JOE H.Not much. The contact lady behind the counter was funny and very kind. She was extremely helpful as well. I'm not a fan of the roll up doors on the trailers. They just cause a lot of headaches. When the trailer is empty they open ok. But fill the trailer with stuff and those roll up doors are miserable. The other trailer I rented had the nice French doors that open nice and wide and stay out of the way.

Thomas K.Closes at 5, too early. Drop off after 5 is horrible. There is a busy frontage road I had to pull into to back up. and with a trailer you have to back in and avoid the horrible traffic. It was very unsafe and scary. It was a bad experience to do the drop off. There should be an access code to get in the fence area to safety. Additonally, I did not order Safe Tow and sent my person to pick up trailer, you had him sign for it. I did not want that and did not have it in my cart to my knowledge. You should refund this. Sorry, but I will not use this place again.

I drove up and parked, and the lady was right there*** to take my key, tell me they'd send me an email with a receipt and the have a nice day! It was literally the easiest interaction I've had with customer service in weeks! Then when I guess I left a screwdriver in the truck, she called me and said she'd hold onto it for me until I come pick it up. So wonderfully kind!

jamie B.Agree over charged me said I used the dolly and did not, we have several of our own dollys. They were did not know how to do the mobile pick up as I was having g issues. I was told that a manger would call me back and I still have not received a call. I have never had these kind of issues with uhaul this was over all really disappointing.
