Thank Vanessa for coming out to the lot to show me how to properly connect the pull behind 4 x 8 trailer to my car. She was very helpful and patient with me and I appreciated that so very much.
DOLORES AYour field supervisor was great. He was professional with good communication. Your internal people were not. Called and changed my location making me drive almost 30 mins before your field guy again who was awesome caught the mistake made by them and called me to tell me my trailer was at the location he said.

Jonathan SWeeds growing up the back of our storage and grew through our boxes. Some we had to throw out. Most of the staff were idiots except for the girl that was there the day we moved out. On multiple occasions once we paid our bill the lock was not removed and my husband would have to go to the office and ask them to remove it. And most times it was a week after we paid the bill. The rent is high! And the late charges are just ridiculous.

JAMES BFirst time using a uhaul. Wasn't aware there was a time limit to return the uhaul, so I had to pay more. It was a good experience otherwise.
COURTNEY GThere was some confusion between the two employees for my rental reservation. The trailer I had reserved was already hitched to a U-Haul van, and was about to be given to someone else. Luckily I had arrived to pick up my trailer (which appeard to be the only motorcycle trailer at this location) before someone else would have taken it as a part of their rental. Luckily the older of the two employees there realized what had happened and was able to ensure that I had the correct trailer as a part of my reservation.

Terrell MCalled to be let in the gate over 15 times and no one answered. Then tried to charge us extra when we had to drive to the prosper location to drop them off. It was a complete nightmare all the way around.
shawna wI rented closer to my house then they didn't have equipment and sent me further away, I had road closers and traffic going to other location, then the drop off location was wrong and they sent me to another location. It just seemed like a huge disconnect between stores and the system. I was not happy with this. I was told one thing and then something different happened, I will think twice before renting from U-Haul in the future.

IVAN EThis is the the second time recently that I have rented a trailer from U-Haul dealer or associate that has been delayed in completing a transaction due to network related issues. With the associate yesterday I had to wait for about 30 minutes for getting a trailer because the U-Haul network had crashed. The associate said that it was a problem that they experienced at least once a month. They were very apologetic for he holdup, as well as thanked me for my patience.

Robert KThis is not location related, but when I reserved my uhaul I chose to NOT do the contactless, app pick up. I prefer to interact with a person for this type thing, even if I have to wait in a line. My reservation go moved the night before and I had no idea what I was doing with the app/contactless pick up and the location was 20 miles away (not close at all), and it was all very frustrating.

Norbarto TI normally rent trailers from Home Depot but I will have to reconsider that going forward. The whole process was so easy! Reserved what I needed through the app, online check-in, simple drop-off! The ladies in the office were so sweet & efficient. Thanks again for helping me make a big project feel like a breeze!

Travis NStaff was very helpful and made sure I was good! Was a little confused how the drop off process worked but we made it through and when I went in to explain I was dropping off they told me no need and they would take care of unhooking the trailer and all if I needed (which I didn't because the first place showed me how to put it on so I knew how to detach it as well!) They were super helpful here too! Overall, it was a wonderful first experience all around.

David DCheck-in was pretty slow. It appeared that a new person was undergoing training. The two representatives communicated well with each other, and with me, and were quite gracious about the delay. When we proceeded to the lot to hook up the tow dolly, the representative was there in less than a minute to oversee and verify everything was in order. I appreciated their handling of the entire process. It speaks well of the organization.

Hady AAlthough you understand companies are using apps for check outs and returns I could not get the app to work during a storm in the area, so I was unable to up load a pic of the fuel gauge and mileage and I returned on a Saturday after hours . On Monday The store tried to charge me $40 for fuel for driving 7 miles when the fuel garage didn't really move from off of full. Had to file a complaint to corporate to resolve because store refused

jeanette lI've rented two times from UHaul recently. 2 different locations. Definitely prefer this location.
Robin PThe unit did not have environment control settings for heat, humidity, et al, thus my boxes crumbled and some items were damaged as the boxes fell into each other that were stacked. Even my plastic heavy duty bins melted and cracked. It is hard to compete with 105 degree temperatures, but that is a normal day here in Texas. I moved my items to Public Storage to have climate control for my items being stored. The Uhaul price increased within the first year and they would not accept my word on my insurance coverage under my homeowners insurance from my 'insurance broker', which showed my $71 000 coverage. PS was less expensive and I doubled the size of my unit. They accepted 'me' advising that my storage unit was covered under my insurance policy. The Uhaul office staff was awesome! I just can't afford all the extra fees, issues, and increased rent that came with this unit.

My unit was easily accessible, had plenty of driving space between units (this has been a huge issue at other places I had rented from and it made moving with a uhaul or trailer UNBEARABLE) and the ladies that work in the office are absolute dolls. Always happy and helpful and a pleasure to work with. I never had any issues and definitely recommend this place.

Charles G | Expérience généralePoorly managed and very rude older ladies, no free moving truck, no lights or electric access at all and about half the light bulbs out on my isle, door to my storage unit wouldn't open all the way, no maintenance man to even fix it bc I guess they were trying to save money, ended up having to move all of my belongings all over again just to get to a better place with lighting inside storage and access to electric outlets, way better staff and I thank God got to use thier free truck with a tommy gate to do it. Just glad to be away from there. Kinda nervous to leave this review bc of the staff there to be honest, almost just checked satisfied so that I knew I could just be done.

Howard l | Expérience généraleI have been renting a unit for 6 years. Before the addition to the facility last year the management was was very nice and extremely helpful. After the addition it seems the management changed. I would not have noticed the change, because I pay rent online. In preparation for my daughter's move next month, I asked her to put her belongings in my storage as I have not had any problems in the six years I have been renting. As such I had put some household items in and felt good about it because of the many my history there, cameras, fencing, and gate access. It only took a few minutes to fill it. I did not notice anyone in the area watching. Somehow with in seven days, I went to get something from my unit to find my lock cut off and all the belongings taken. In shock, I looked for the camera that shines on my unit row was turned in the opposite direction. When reporting the loss to police, he mentioned that since 2014 he had never had a call to the facility. My unit was the only unit that was burglarized at that time. When checking with the management, there seemed to be many cameras. After two weeks of checking with management, I was told the cameras had been reviewed but they noticed nothing. The items in the unit would have required multiple pick up truck loads or a big trailer or a large box truck, still they noticed nothing. I lost confidence in the facility and management did not seem to want to deal with me at all so I cancelled my rent. When I went to remove the lock I put on the unit after the burglary, over two weeks later, I noticed the camera was still pointing in the wrong direction.
