First time using a uhaul. Wasn't aware there was a time limit to return the uhaul, so I had to pay more. It was a good experience otherwise.

There was some confusion between the two employees for my rental reservation. The trailer I had reserved was already hitched to a U-Haul van, and was about to be given to someone else. Luckily I had arrived to pick up my trailer (which appeard to be the only motorcycle trailer at this location) before someone else would have taken it as a part of their rental. Luckily the older of the two employees there realized what had happened and was able to ensure that I had the correct trailer as a part of my reservation.
