Katryna SIt would be nice if the units were full when you got them so a person can just fill them back to full. Otherwise we don't know how much full to put in them pertaining to how much fuel gets burned.

Neil SUhaul could communicate better with the local dealers. They upgraded my truck to larger than I needed a 26' vs a 10'. Locally they gave me a 15' which after I was loaded and at my destination I received a voice mail saying the truck was not leave the starting location.
Dean KThis location was good. Uhaul not so much. Tried to call. Only got a message telling me to download app. App didn't work after the first 10 minutes. It looks like you took a deposit of $115.00. The rental was $65 and I haven't seen a credit for the difference.
Darlene MThe uhaul trailer I picked up was so dirty with dirt caked on the outside. It was so bad I had to take it through a car wash and washed the front to prevent me from getting dirty every time I touch it or try to open the door. Really not impressed.

Brent APainless and fast process. However, I do not give 5 stars because of the lack of a cargo trailer spare tire. As I was driving a quite a long distance, I paid the 40 dollars for road assistance.in case of a flat tire. A nerve racking experience. Wish U-Haul change their policy.

Nishan GFirst let me say this. I find it terribly convenient that you are wondering more about the depot location was opposed to how you are as a company. The location that you have as a pickup and drop off depot has no affiliation to your quality and service. they are simply a depot. With that said the depot "3 guys truck wash" was good. On the other hand your service is deplorable and that is an understatement and quite frankly being polite. Here are the ways you have wronged me: 1. I phoned orignally to rent an open box light truck. to which I had to spend the better part of 5 minutes trying to explain to the service desk what a "light truck" actually was. She then booked the truck for me and gave me the rate and cost which I found to be reasonable. 2. The morning I was to pick up the truck at 12:00PM I was contacted by your service desk employee stating to me that the vehicle I had booked needed to be sent away to be repaired. When I probed further however, It was admitted that the truck I had booked was previously booked for repairs before my appointment. She then asked If I would be willing to book further in advance to which I had agreed. 3. On the day of my booking and pickup, I was phoned exactly 4 hours before pickup and told that the vehicle I had booked was unavailable and that it could not be fixed and uhaul chose to sell it instead. I was dissapointed but was tolerant and polite of the sitaution. She then asked if I would be willing to try a different route. I settled on a smaller closed box van truck. It wasnt optimal but I would make it work as my options and responsiblity I had to pick up an item was fast approaching. I agreed to the terms after she had said we will only charge you a flat rate for the trouble. I found this to be a reasonable solution and attempt to remedy the situation. 4. at the time of pickup I turned on the vehicle and the TPMS sensor was on. Given I was in the tire business I just searched for the factory reset procedure on tpms, completed the reset procedure but determined that a faulty sensor was the cause after confirming tire pressures to be correct. For the entire trip the light was on. May be this is not a big deal, but combined with the entire experience it was yet another element of gorss negligence and complete disregard for customers and my situation. 5. I returned from my trip an was presented not only the base flat rate to which I was promised, but 500 extra in charges for apparently going to far with the vehicle which was not discussed and completely the opposite of what I was assured. when I defended my position with the depot for the dispute in charges they assured me they would have the supervisor at uhaul contact me and in the mean tie they would suspend the transaction until a solution was provided. they understood my concerns. 6. 2 days came to pass and no attempt at phone call to speak about my situtation but instead an arbitray charge to my credit card was applied. In closing I will be speaking with the Better Business Beureau and ensuring that my entire experience will be shared to as many potential victims as possible. This company to say the least, is a dishonestly run 3 ring circus who will make every attempt to take your money without providing the service. BUYER BEWARE and stay well away from these dishonest people.

Wendy WThey charged me for items I didn't select then say they are going to refund afterwards. They ask me for an estimated amount of kilometers and tell me they will refund the difference. Then at the end they ask me if an 80 dollars refund sounds good with no itemized bill. Every step of the way it felt confusing and mismanaged. If a business wanted to scam someone this is how they would operate to try and confuse someone enough they don't know if things are correct afterwards.
James TI won't say anything about the locations mention, dufferin or 3 guys truck, they did their best. But the whole process was a big shit. You guys should hire well educated people especially those who answer phone on uhaul route. I dont know how you guys do your planification, but it is a nightmare. They told me when I was on regent to go pick up the truck on portage which is 40 minutes driving from regent. And come back to regent to pick up the dolly another 40 minutes driving. And go back to portage to put my vehicle on the trailer which is another 40 minutes. After complaining they just change the location for the dolly from regent to inkster that is 20 minutes from portage. As I did not have choice, I drove to portage, and once there I got the surprise that finally I could not have the truck because someone made a hole in the gas tank. So I drove 40 minutes to go there and come back home for nothing. Finally they found something else for the next day at dufferin location. Do not ask me if I can recommend any of your location to someone, I won't do that.
vincent nThey charged me extra what was listed in my contract. called costemer service and they never called back as well .will not recommend and use uhaul again.
